We had the good fortune of connecting with Felicia St Denis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Felicia, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
I think every business/career has its highs and lows and I guess the best lesson you can learn is how to roll with that, which is not easy. For me, I would say that people appreciate honesty& consistency, and consistency requires being there every day, and overseeing your product that’s going out with your name on it.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I don’t think any artist is going to say the journey was easy because we’re always learning ,evolving,& reinventing Ourselves. I’ve learned a lot of lessons, it seems many the hard way, along the way… I think if you can stay open minded, diligent and connected, You are managing your brand.,I always hope my message gets through to people… Which is how amazing and beautiful flowers are,How much I love what I do

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Depending on the time of year and what my guest is thinking I would say we could do a Santa Barbara Sandy and as coastal drive but I also love stay local and hanging in Manhattan Beach the Redondo Beach Riviera

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to give a shout out to my neighbors of playa del rey & and Westchester. The local community here has supported my business for many years. On a Corporate level , the Los Angeles Lakers have hired me over the years To provide flowers for their various events. I know they could hire anybody in town so I really appreciate the opportunity- and they make me want to really be on top of my game! My mentor would be Jane St. John, a Remax realtor. She sold me my condo many years ago,- from there, she became one of my closest friends mentors, supporters, cheer leaders, etc!
