Meet Fernanda Borras | Realtor®

We had the good fortune of connecting with Fernanda Borras and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Fernanda, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
I feel truly blessed that through my business I am able to help people achieve their dreams of becoming homeowners. I am very active in my community not only with first time homebuyers but with homeowners that have been in their home for a long time and are now ready for their next chapter. Being able to assist the community in taking that step through buying a home or selling a home has been magical.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Being in Real Estate can be challenging as our market is always shifting. I am proud to have pushed through hard markets and really be there for my clients as a Real Estate consultant. I do not view myself as a Real Estate Sales Agent but as an advisor as I am here to service my community. I believe what sets me apart from many agents in the real estate field is my commitment and passion for what I do. What I do is help others achieve their goal. The transaction is a product of the goal achieved for my clients. I am there along the way from beginning to end making sure that all things are happening for the good of my client.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love being able to spend quality time with the people I love. And here in LA there is something for everyone!
I love the beach so Malibu would have to be in our itinerary. Breakfast at Malibu farm, a walk on the beach, watch the surfers, the birds and feel the sand on our feet.
Lunch at paradise cove and sunset at the Santa Monica pier.
Breakfast at Cafe 27 in Topanga. I love feeling like I am in a tree house every time I dine there.
Take the drive on Topanga and explore the unique shops.
Dinner at Mrs. Fish and drinks at the rooftop bar at Perch.
A little stroll at the Grove while sipping coffee from La La Land.
A little shopping while enjoying the LA sun.
I would end the week at Universal Studios with a day of adventure and some souvenir shopping so they can remember this trip with a full heart and the sense of that they must come back because there is still so much more to explore in our wonderful city!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My family is my biggest supporter. As a mom of two, a wife and a full time Realtor having a family that is supportive is the reason why I can move forward in my business and continue to grow.
