Meet Fernanda Calloway | Intuitive Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Fernanda Calloway and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Fernanda, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I worked with a well-known producer in the music industry for a few years. My career was flourishing, and I was stuck at a crossroads. My role was terrific; so many people would do anything to have this role, to work with the people I was around. I wasn’t serving my purpose, though. I come from 3 generations of energy workers; they’re called curanderas. The messages I was getting from my higher power, my spirit guide, were so loud. I HAD to quit my job and start my intuitive coaching business. I had to pick up where my grandmothers left off. My purpose is to help the collective ascend and enlighten. I decided to bet everything I had and redirect my energy into starting my coaching business. I took the most significant leap of faith and followed my purpose.
What should our readers know about your business?
I work with clients to activate their ascension and enlightenment. Through channeled tarot readings and working with your spirit team, I pair my coaching program to create an action plan for clients. I specialize in assisting my clients to move past their limiting beliefs. I’m a third-generation energy worker. My Grandmothers were Curanderas; I call myself a Sabia. I have, in modern-day terms, the gift of claircognizance. This year, I received my certification in spiritual life coaching. I’m a one-stop shop for your spirit and energy ascension and enlightenment.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m a foodie at heart! You should see my Yelp account my list goes on forever. We would start off at Highland Cafe for tea and breakfast, then we’d head to Villas Tacos for lunch. We’d take a break at Stories Cafe, and then for dinner, we’d go to Casita Del Campo. What I love about LA is there is a space for any mood you’re in. If you’re mellow and want some good books with tasty food Los Feliz is amazing. Highland Park has great culture and food. Or you can go to Melrose to find the best shoes and the coolest kids. The options are endless in Los Angeles!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My grandmothers are my core, my energy, and my fire. Early in life, they told me I had to choose happiness, I had to take care of myself, and I had to do better. They didn’t know how to do that, but they knew they wanted that for me. My brothers, who wholeheartedly supported me in this choice, bet all I have on me. My cousin Billy Joe has always pushed me to grow and walk with my power. My entire family believes in me more than I believe in myself! My best friend and soul sister, Michelle, never lets me play small and hold me accountable for my better good.
