We had the good fortune of connecting with Garam Moon and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Garam, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I lost all my money when I was 25 and couldn’t hear anything. When I wanted to give up on everything, I suddenly thought like this. Good! I have nothing to lose! I’ll definitely get it if I do it!’ So I wrote down what I wanted to do in my notebook, and I picked out one of the things I wanted to do most. It was a tattoo.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I think I lived a rough life! That’s why I learned a lot! This is the part I’m proud of! I was tired and scared, but soon I got back on my feet, and when I wasn’t scared of falling, I kept trying! It took a long time to learn this! We all have a fair time and one day we die! And I learned that how I spend that time determines who I will be! That’s why I always try, fall, get back on my feet, and try to succeed! And I put that mind in the picture, and that’s what sets it apart, and that’s what makes me most excited!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I don’t know! I think it depends on my friend’s personality! I think I’ll show him what my friend likes! Just because I like it doesn’t mean that my friends like it, too! I usually like to communicate and drink! So I usually treat my friends to food and drink a lot at nice restaurants! And we go to a good hotel and keep drinking and talking all night and falling asleep!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Yes! His instagram is @tattooerjc . He is a high school friend! He’s in heaven now, but his tattoo was really nice! He once appeared in my dream when I was wandering! Thanks to him, I became interested in tattoos! I am so grateful to him! Also, I hope many people know him and his works more!
