We had the good fortune of connecting with Garbage Pepper and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Garbage, can you tell us about an impactful book you’ve read and why you liked it or what impact it had on you?
I have read Jurassic Park about 15 times and it is an amazing book. The movie is great (middling sequels notwithstanding) but the book will knock your socks off. Dinosaurs? Chaos theory? Baby t-rexes eating people? If you’ve ever thought “I’d love to read a morality tale that has dinosaurs but also gets into string theory” then you’ll love it. I literally tell people to read it constantly and they never do so now I’m going to tell you to read it.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
We are three funny ladies which is unique because usually when women gather in groups, we get tried for witchcraft! See? You should listen for more great satirical jokes.

Our main challenges have been technical in nature due to the multitude of digital ghosts we deal with on a daily basis. Also, booking guests has been impossible because the entire planet has been consumed by a virus. Booking guests hasn’t been the biggest impact from the pandemic but that won’t stop us from complaining.

We want the world to know that we’re here, we gonna make boner jokes, and we don’t care who knows it!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Everything good is closed. I haven’t left the house in a year.
