Hi Gina, what is the most important factor behind your success?
It’s heart ❤️ You have to truly love what you do, everyday! Have passion! Get excited! You genuinely have to care about the end results. You have to take ownership in every step you make for the well-being of your client. You need to put aside all ego and pride, be able to compromise and adjust to what is needed for the brand. Listen and be solution oriented. Be committed to your team! One can truly not have full success without the support of others.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Never be ordinary, aim to be exceptional. My company ROI – Revenue Of Inspiration is committed to creating market leading growth for clean beauty brands & buyers. With over 30 years of successful sales experience,
ROI has built strong relationships with top buyers, retailers, hotels and spas. Our team utilizes inspiration and innovation to help connect our beauty and wellness brands with the right potential areas of distribution.
From A-Z, we can assist through every stage of a brands business plan.
It was not easy to get to where we are today but it was fun, exciting, inspiring, challenging and a true learning experience.
We have helped numerous brands grow and gain high level sales over many distribution arenas. How did I overcome challenges? Hire the right team to support you and your brands: Erin, Mariella, Wendy, Linda, Taylor, Melissa, and more have been there to assist every day. One is only as good as their team!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If we are staying local, we head to Sol y Luna in Tarzana for some authentic Mexican food. We may head to Malibu Cafe for a Cornhole challenge while we walk the beautiful grounds. I love the people and restaurants in Studio City, always easy to meet someone new. Take a trip to Santa Barbara for lunch at El Encanto Belmond hotel – the view! Wine at Stonehaus in Westlake Village, dinner and view at The Huntley Hotel – Penthouse in Santa Monica. And you can not forget a quick bite at Father’s Office Santa Monica. Excellent people watching on their outdoor patio.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shout outs to others? We’re going to be here a while. My Dad passed away when I was 3, my Mom passed away when I was 16. I have many angels on this earth that have been there to guide me and support me, and really challenge me to grow – for this I am forever grateful to: Bill / Dee Ditty – 1st job at 13 to learn what management at a full service hair salon was all about.
Cathy Kempa – I learned about myself as well as franchise businesses
Chris Phillips, Janet Kaley, Maria/Allan Kakassy, Steven Clements- too many to name. When someone believes in you, it is the best gift anyone can give, unconditional love & support from many friends over the years. I am extremely blessed.
