Meet Ginille Brown | Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ginille Brown and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ginille, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I am Ginille, a Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner and have been injecting Botox and fillers since 2013 in Los Angeles. The most important factor behind the success of my practice and brand has been keeping my patients at the forefront of everything I do. I am constantly considering how to best serve and support them in meeting their aesthetic goals.
My social media content (where a large majority of my new patients find me) is focused on education. I listen and respond to the questions and concerns that patients express. I speak directly to them with the information I put out. I encourage people to be informed about the procedures they are considering, to not rush this process of trying to achieve their beauty goals, and to have an active voice in their treatment plan.
In all, this patient-centered approach has allowed me to foster meaningful connections and lasting patient relationships. I am so thankful for the opportunity to be in the aesthetics space, working with amazing patients, doing something that I absolutely love every day.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am so grateful to have my business growing and see my vision come to life. In regards to what sets my business apart I will always turn back to the commitment and connection we have with our patients. Listening and educating are two pillars of my practice and how I have built my brand. I pray that each patient that comes into my office feels understood, empowered, and beautiful.
Our standards of care and outcomes are extremely high. I commit a great deal of time and effort towards my assessment, product knowledge, and technique, which I believe my patients appreciate in their results. It’s important to me that we are both proud of the work completed.
I believe both the commitment to connection and quality have allowed us to be successful.
Most of the things I am doing today, at some point I was very hesitant to pursue…social media, practicing independently, and even injecting. In each situation I realized that my hesitations were barriers that I put up on myself and that I was doing myself a disservice not trying. I can’t say the process has been easy but I am grateful I made the choice to take the journey.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I like getting away to Calamigos Ranch in Malibu! It is quiet with lots of trees and space. I love eating there, too. I enjoy driving along the ocean in South Redondo to Palos Verdes so would take my bestie to see the gorgeous views. I love acai bowls so would pick some up from either Everbowl in Venice or Beach Bowls Acai Cafe in Redondo Beach. Obviously, I would treat my friend to some Botox in my space in Santa Monica. I would say hi to my friends and colleagues in Salon Republic 2nd Street Santa Monica. Grab a facial with Jennifer Gerace in Beverly Hills. Sushi at Hamasaku for a special treat.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I am so thankful to God, my family, my patients, and aesthetic industry colleagues for supporting me in my journey! Sincerely would not be able to do what I love without this support system.
