Meet Hannah Rose | Singer, Songwriter, Producer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Hannah Rose and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Hannah, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I think risk taking is one of the quickest ways to grow a business, while also growing as a person. It allows you to learn lessons, strengthen intuition, and prove that you can overcome challenges. Simultaneously, it encourages those around you to do the same when they see your resilience and success. In the past when I’ve taken risks in my career, it has expanded what I believe I’m capable of. Taking chances has taught me some of my greatest lessons and has resulted in exciting successes over the years. When risks have lead me to a not-so-fun place, I have been able to prove my strength to myself, which in my eyes, is priceless gift. I am unstoppable because I am not afraid to take risks.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I have been a singer and songwriter professionally since I was sixteen years old. In 2020, I learned how to produce, and having that skill has benefited my music immensely. Being a producer has given me the freedom to release music freely and independently, while allowing me to have full creative control over the music making process. In addition to having my own artist project and releases, I also write for other artists. This is something I’m very passionate about. I love helping other creatives bring their ideas to life and taking their music to the next level.
I have had so many different phases in my career thus far. I am excited to apply all that I’ve learned to this upcoming chapter in my music. I will be writing with more artists, writing, recording and releasing my own songs, as well as pitching my songs for TV, film, and commercials. Only up from here.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m so lucky that Los Angeles has so much offer and that there’s so many cool places to visit. If my friends haven’t been to LA before, I show them at least a couple of the tourist attractions: Santa Monica Pier, Venice, Hollywood etc. I love the ocean, so having a beach day and ending with a meal by the water with a view is one of my favorite things to do.
As a musician, I go to a lot of live shows. Many of my friends have weekly shows, so I would take my guest there for some drinks, live music and socializing. One of the many perks about living in a big city, is there is always a special event or experience going on. Whether that be a wine fest, art walk, immersive experience, there is something unique to get into. I like having the bones to a plan, but leaving space to be spontaneous is super important to me. You never know what experiences will present themselves.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shoutout the many people who have supported my music career over the years. If you’ve been to a show, listened to my song releases, shared songs with your friends or family; you are the reason I have continued in the music industry. I hope my music brings you as much joy and inspiration as you have brought to my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
