We had the good fortune of connecting with Hass Sadeghi and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Hass, the decisions we make often shape our story in profound ways. What was one of the most difficult decisions you’ve had to make?
To close my full-time legal practice, so I could address my burnout & family tragedy.

It can be easy to neglect our emotions, setting them aside & pushing thru to achieve. For me, I was pressed to choose the road less traveled by going on sabbatical & creating the space to feel and heal fully.

I chose to take time to process old energies, explore my soul’s calling & dive deep into my inner landscape.

Doing this required facing my fear of unknown & sacrificing being comfortable with what I knew & believed. Many of us are being faced with tough choices during these changing times, and if you’re reading this, take a leap of faith, embrace the process of transformation & follow your heart’s guidance forward.

True growth & clarity only come from making such choices at the crossroads on our life experience!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My Craft as a Leadership & Team Alchemist is the application of neuroscience, quantum physics, healing arts, relational dynamics & conflict resolution in business & personal transformations.

Applying the latest technologies, scientific principles & ancient wisdom to business, leadership performance & team problems, resulting in optimized leadership impact & team performance.

I’m essentially a business lawyer, dispute resolver, high performance coach, energetic healer & growth strategist all in one role.

My mission is supporting global leaders & their teams in alchemizing the blockages in the way of their optimal impact so they can achieve their goals & actualize their Vision in making the world a better place for us all!

By working directly with the pure energetic level & inner-systems of an individual and the relational systems of teams, I alchemize the blockages in the way of bringing in the free flow of optimal leadership power & team synergy.

We have a unique opportunity right now to up-level how we lead, transcend our performance, access higher states of consciousness & literally coCreate the New Earth in this unfolding Paradigm Shift, and I’m passionate about activating global change!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d start by visiting Lake Shrine Retreat in Pacific Palisades for a spiritual recharge stroll & meditation.

Then, I’d go for a scrumptious bite at Malibu Fish Grill for fresh tacos.

Heading down PCH for a scenic drive to Venice Beach for yummy dessert, followed by a visit to Mystic Village to checkout their gem museum & shop, then a stroll by Ocean Park.

Ending the day with an inspiring improv show at Groundlings, Hollywood Improv or LA Improv!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are too many teachers I’ve been blessed to train from, and recently the kinship of Elizabeth Hendershot in 2020 was a big catalyst in stepping into Servant Leadership.

Elizabeth showed me a lot including community service, giving back & the principle of tithing.

She personally works at WisePlace serving women in OC.
