Meet Heléna Kate Siner | Teacher, Guide, Spiritual Mentor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Heléna Kate Siner and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Heléna Kate, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I started my first official business when I was 20 years old. Growing up with an entrepreneurial father as a role model, running my own business almost seemed like a foregone conclusion. From an early age, I was surrounded by the mindset of independence and creativity that comes with entrepreneurship. The idea of creating something from scratch was in many ways appealing to me right from the start.
However, the real reason I went into business wasn’t just for the independence or the joy of creation. It was to help people. By the time I hit adulthood, I was pretty lost and confused. Life felt overwhelming, and I struggled to find my path. But then, I began discovering things that eased the pain—tools, techniques, ideas—that made life a little bit easier. As I started to find clarity, I felt an instinctual urge to share these discoveries with others.
It wasn’t just a choice; it was an automatic tendency. I wanted to make sure that others who were lost or struggling, like I had been, could benefit from what I had found. Building a business around this desire made it possible for me to reach more people, to provide real value, and to make a meaningful difference in their lives. Through my business, I could offer support, healing, and a sense of hope to those who needed it, which has always been my ultimate goal.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I started my first official business at 21, right after finishing massage school. Since then, my studies have primarily focused on healing. This journey has included earning a PhD in psychology, delving deeply into somatic work, and exploring numerous other disciplines. I’m passionate about learning and enjoy uncovering both the strengths and limitations of various practices.
Over time, this exploration has shaped my work into a highly developed, effective, and integrative approach to supporting people. My clients are typically intelligent, creative, and driven to make a positive impact in the world. They seek more than traditional therapy or coaching—they are eager to expand and grow in all areas, particularly spiritually. I especially love helping clients enhance their ability to support others and deepen their spiritual connection and understanding.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Wow! There are so many people to thank. As much as we each need to do our own hard work, it is impossible to be successful without the support of others. I would like to first give a shoutout to Alisa Starkweather who ran a women’s spiritual development program that I took about 25 years ago. That program was the beginning of a major shift in my life and I am not sure where I would be if I hadn’t stumbled through those proverbial doors. Karyne Wilner PsyD was instrumental in my therapeutic training acting as my supervisor for a number of years. Ge Marques helped my develop my skills as a leader and spiritual guide. And more recently, I have been fortunate to study with the Modern Mystery School which has helped me take my spiritual understand and service in the world to a new level. There are many more. I feel incredible gratitude for all the love and support I have received along the way and strive to pay in forward with all I do.
