Our journey hasn’t been easy. We’ve faced challenges like securing reliable partnerships and maintaining quality, but we’ve overcome them through perseverance, innovation, and a strong belief in our mission.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’d start by showing them some local farms, introducing them to farmer families, taking a farm tour, and tasting the products they grow.

Next, we’d explore the stunning natural beauty of California, from its pristine beaches to its majestic mountains. For activities, we’d go pedal boating and kayaking.

We’d also visit vibrant cities like San Francisco and Los Angeles to enjoy delicious food, unique drinks, and exciting nightlife. The combination of rural charm and natural splendor, along with urban adventures, would make for an unforgettable week-long trip.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I think it is the farmers who truly deserve the credit and recognition in our story. These small-scale farmers and artisans. They wake up every day with a passion for their craft, whether it’s tending to their bees, cultivating olive trees, or producing other natural products. Their dedication and expertise provide us with healthy, high-quality food that nourishes our bodies and supports our well-being.

Moreover, we owe a great deal of gratitude to the communities that support these farmers. Their collective efforts in preserving traditional farming methods and prioritizing sustainability have a significant impact on the environment and the well-being of future generations.
