We had the good fortune of connecting with Imaginerick rodriguez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Imaginerick, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
keep pushing forward creating art every day, and show your art everywhere you can so people get to see it.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I create imagination to flesh threw clay and design. I am a special effects artist for film and TV. I blend a unique vision of character to life and nature underwater species. I research and then add these elements to my pieces, grounding them in the existing world and beyond. I specialize in distinctive design to my art the look of texture realism.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take the magic castle for a fun evening, then to a sushi or Ramen in Little Tokyo then to the beach to enjoy views and hear the ocean.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
To all the studios that give me an opportunity to showcase my work Larry Bones, and Shonne Smith to name a few.

A motivational speaker Bob Proctor I listen to him every day when time permits.
