We had the good fortune of connecting with Isabelle Muschamp and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Isabelle, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I pursued a career in the Automotive Industry with the guidance of my father, an industry veteran. As society questioned a woman’s past, present and future because of the concept there is a time and a place for a woman, my parents gifted me the confidence to be independent with the perfect combination of adrenaline, fuel, oil and speed.

My dad was the driving influence that made me who I am today. His exposure of life through a helmet and goggles has given me the motivation to always succeed and to pick myself up when I don’t. Dirt bikes, ATV’s, go-carts, motorhomes, boats…my dad made sure we had every experience. Cartoons were not playing on the televisionSunday mornings; the Speed Channel would wake us at six as dad called us out to the living room to learn something new. When dad left the dealerships as a heavy line technician and opened our place in 2005, my siblings and I grew up at the shop and learned the business from the ground up with my parents.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
The Clinton Global Initiative has targeted the lack of equity and inclusion in motorsports and created an International Professional Advisory Board to keep domestic and international affairs in check with our cherished goal of allowing females access to the world’s most exclusive work environments due to society’s concept of a time and place for a woman. The Automotive Industry has plenty of opportunity and resources for women if they would only accept the themselves in such work. Right now, we are focusing on racing and lack of transparency in sexual abuse cases made worldwide.

As an educator, I understand our curriculum enters a void where time and space no longer exist due to the limitations of the school system infrastructure itself being unable to support the students full-time. For the tuition amount, students are deserving of a network of active professionals in a variety of disciplines to close the void and apply your existing curriculum to ensure its quality. The best method to perform quality control of your own curriculum is to invite your own alumni and other industry leaders practicing your vocation to critique it in a public environment. As an educator at the most prestigious institution in the world instructing the most popular and impressive profession on earth, setting the pace for every other institution, we expected more from Harvard Business Professor Anita Elberse, a foreign educator. Where is the professional responsibility to promote international sportsmanship with a moral code and ethics? Anita knows these multimillion dollar organizations she praises in her curriculum rob from the very from the very communities they are meant to benefit… why not expose the truth as
other American Influencers have? After almost two decades of instructing the same curriculum in a world where ChatGPT is creating content, Anita Elberse has abused the privilege of tenure that is granted to professors deserving of respect, honor and responsibility that comes with such power.
Anita has had years to invest in the future of the workforce and has failed as a public official. We are still expecting Anita Elberse to give the existing International Professional Advisory Board her date of resignation. With her power, never once did she use it for good and grant work experience credits or encourage other educational institutions to accept such advancements. Instead, she partakes in greenwashing. With such large carbon footprints as athletes have, the lack of influence is quite impressive considering they have her focused attention instead of the existing workforce.

Along with her date of resignation,
the International Professional Advisory Board now requests a broadcasted apology to the women of business and motorsports for her misconduct when she, Anita Elberse @anitaelberse, greenwashed the fraudulent activity of sexual abuse in Formula One with your corrupt Professional Development as a tenured Business Professor at @harvardhbs. We are not asking Anita Elberse and Harvard Business School for any more than I have already provided to your community of sponsored athletes years ago. Anita Elberse, is not in good standing in the Business Industry in any sector at this point in her career. The International Professional Advisory Board would be surprised if Harvard believes she is still in good standing within the educational sector after betraying the very workforce she swore to protect by oath upon accepting your position.

The wounds Anita Elberse has left will forever taint the educational system and the world of motorsports. Anita Elberse has now burdened the International Professional Advisory Board with her ignorance and negligence by covering up the fraudulent activity of sexual abuse in Formula One and have now initiated an international investigation into the personnel of motorsports and business industries due to lack of ethics in her corrupt curriculum.

The landscape of business has become so controversial, we no longer wonder why Anita Elberse of Harvard University kept herself occupied with managing the easy money sponsored athletes earn; we just wonder how she sleeps at night knowing her ignorance and negligence is to blame for the chaos. While she has been busy with fame and fortune, we have attempted to secure workplaces with safe protocols that do not involve segregation of genders in male dominated industries like automotive. In the midst of coincidences and luck, we have professionals choosing to flaunt their sexual orientations to gain more exposure for the wrong reasons. In male-dominated industries like automotive, why would women question their identities now? It is not a surprise considering the current state of fashion and beauty that has been promoted by corporate sponsorships and celebrities branding themselves with beauty products while the actual women promoting the essence of inner beauty for world peace are left fighting for their voices, reputations, and legacies. As beauty is treated like a product and the general public attempts to find their own identities through the arts and sciences, where is the professional responsibility to promote international sportsmanship in the businesses of beauty and fashion? When the female professionals in motorsports are threatened by males in the workplace to the point where they have become extremists in view and no longer wish to engage with men entirely? Or is it when the feminine women promoting their own identities in beauty pageants are silenced by Non-disclosure Agreements so they will not expose their grievances simultaneously as the most prestigious Business Professor in the world, Anita Elberse, becomes an accomplice to fraudulent activities of greenwashing sex abuse in Formula 1 Racing by attending the Miami race?

Jobs have no gender… until women are no longer safe in the workplace due to lack of Human Resources with the ethical capacity to engage with the existing management team of the employer.

Now we see one fraudulent business organization in the world of beauty being used to greenwash the other fraudulent business organization in the world of motorsports, which is also using the most prestigious educational institution known as Harvard to greenwash its fraudulent business activities in motorsports further.
Women chose beauty and fashion for the assumed safety in the workplace. Now we see the lack of ethics in business has corroded any promotion of Human Resources in male dominated industries and even the female dominated industries by silencing with NDAs. Anita Elberse did not protect the women of STEM and the women that sacrificed careers in STEM for beauty and fashion to stay safe in the workplace and still end up getting taken advantage of. It is no mystery now why most women are choosing sex work and only fans to earn a living these days.

Who is left to intervene but the educators who were supposed to value the future generations rather than fame and fortune? Justice for Fiona Hewitson. We now have motorsports presenters hiding the sexual abuse and the Queen of England has knighted the sexual abuser Christian Horner in an effort to hide their own hypocrisy. At this rate, we will never see a female driver in Formula 1, a disappointing realization.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I am a beach bum with a taste for
art. When my best friend comes to visit we venture to all the local beaches on the El Camino Real and the local museums like the Getty’s. Hopefully we have time to star-gaze at Griffith Observatory after trying all the local foods and visiting the Santa Monica Pier for a ride on the Ferris wheel in the dark. A visit to Perch for the view is always on the itinerary.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to our former Vice President Kamala Harris and the Clinton Global Initiative. Thank you for sponsoring my ventures in the World’s Largest Industry known as the Automotive Industry. Facing the unexplainable with my family in Southern California as our economy folds, the amazing collaboration formed will preserve the future of motorsports with professional responsibility and international sportsmanship, a blessing for California in anticipation of the Olympics. Thank you to all the men that accepted and supported me and to the women that didn’t; the rejection tastes most divine when it comes from my own gender.
