Hi Itai, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
Itai’s journey in the music industry has been defined by risk-taking, persistence, and an unshakable belief in his own potential. Time and time again, he found himself at a crossroads—moments where doubt crept in, where he questioned whether he was ready, whether he was worthy of the opportunities in front of him. But Itai knew that growth only comes from stepping into the unknown, from facing challenges head-on, even when success feels uncertain.

There were studio sessions he almost turned down, collaborations with platinum artists that felt intimidating, and moments where he wondered if he truly belonged in the rooms he found himself in. But Itai made a choice—he said yes. He pushed past his self-doubt, knowing that the only way to find out if he could rise to the occasion was to take the leap. Itai’s journey into becoming an artist, engineer, singer, and songwriter was never one of ease, but one built on passion, resilience, and an unwavering belief in himself. Itai started as an engineer, dedicating countless hours to understanding sound design, vocal mixing, and the intricate details that make a song a hit. Through engineering, Itai gained a deep understanding of what makes music connect with people—how emotion is conveyed through sonics, how structure shapes a song’s impact, and how the smallest details can turn a good track into something unforgettable.

But Itai wasn’t content with just helping others create hits—he realized he had the ability to write his own. The more he worked with artists, the more Itai saw that he had stories to tell, emotions to share, and a voice that deserved to be heard. It took time, but eventually, Itai found the courage to step into his own artistry, no longer worrying about what others thought, but instead focusing on chasing his own dreams. If a friend were visiting from out of town for a week, Itai would make sure they experienced the best of what California has to offer. The first stop? Venice Beach and Santa Monica Beach. Itai knows there’s no place in the world quite like it—the wild, unpredictable energy of street performers, artists creating masterpieces right in front of you, skateboarders pulling off insane tricks at the park, and of course, the breathtaking ocean views. Itai would walk his friend down the boardwalk, taking in all the crazy and unique characters that make Venice so legendary, reminding him that this is the heart of California’s creative and free-spirited culture.

After soaking in the beach vibes, Itai would take his friend downtown to a small pastry and coffee shop tucked away in the middle of the city’s chaos. In a place where it feels like the world is moving a million miles a minute, Itai knows the importance of slowing down—just for a moment—to enjoy something simple yet perfect. A sweet, savory pastry and a smooth Matcha latte would be the perfect way to take it all in, letting the city buzz around them while they appreciate the moment.

But the night is far from over. Itai would make sure his friend gets a true taste of LA nightlife by taking him to a hip-hop or EDM show at one of downtown’s most popular nightclubs. The energy, the lights, the music—it’s an experience unlike any other, and Itai knows the power of a great show to make a night unforgettable. Dancing, vibing, and living in the moment, Itai would make sure his friend feels the pulse of LA’s music scene.

To end the night right, Itai would take his friend to Mel’s Drive-In, a classic LA staple where the best late-night meals are served. Over a plate of delicious food, Itai and his friend would sit back, reflect on the night, and appreciate everything they just experienced.
