We had the good fortune of connecting with Jaclyn Johnston and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jaclyn, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
It’s not the time in your life; it’s the life in your time. – Bruce Springsteen

This is my favorite quote because it reminds me that everyone is on their fully personalized journey, no matter the “time” it takes to get to where you want to be. What matters is following your soul’s wants and needs because nothing from the outside, such as material gains, will bring you happiness. It comes from within your heart and soul and by following your heart and soul’s needs while on your personalized journey. We are conditioned to believe everything has to happen by a certain point in life (time). But “time” is an illusion, a perspective. It’s a measurement between event A and event B through observation. We call it “time” to better accept it and understand its existence. It’s a mechanism to evaluate events that happen in life.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What I want the world to know about me, my brand Manifest It!®, and my publisher Manifest It!® Publishing is that society wants to mold us into specific people (control). But what makes the world unique and beautiful is because of our differences (acceptance). You don’t have to follow another’s path to success exactly to a “T” to be successful. In fact, there’s nothing wrong with having multiple mentors and people you look up to for inspiration. And yes, you’re allowed to change them along your life’s journey. Just because someone did something a specific way doesn’t mean it’s the ONLY way to success.

In 2017, I wrote and published my first book, “Don’t Feel Stuck!” https://amzn.to/3SInHxg At the time, I had no idea it would climb to #1 best-seller status. I only wanted to publish a book that shares how I manifested 99% of everything I wanted within ten months. I meshed physical laws with cognitive behavioral training through the use of journaling, either by writing out or typing out the exercises that are in the book. It’s one thing to sit and think using manifestation. But, if you want to ManiFAST (Manifest Faster), it’s better to take action and use the daily compound effect. Show the Universe what you want! And if it doesn’t happen the first time around, it doesn’t mean you’re not going to be successful. There are test runs for a reason: so the final run is smooth and something worth celebrating. NASA didn’t become NASA overnight, with people sitting around thinking their goals into existence. Show the Universe what you’re attracting to you- energy responds through reflection of influence.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a shoutout to Miranda Bailey, https://www.mirandabailey.com/ . She’s an AMAZING person and mentor. I was fortunate enough to pick her brain in a podcast episode we did together, and she was the reason I decided to create Manifest It!® Publishing. She is a progressive innovator. She doesn’t back down to challenges, she looks at life from many perspectives, and she’s not afraid to show her true self to the world. She’s an amazing mom, wife, fur mom, actress, producer, director, and writer. There’s nothing she can’t do, and she’s open-minded about everyone in the world because she’s inclusive. She’s truly a wonderful gift for so many of us to be inspired by her and her success.
