We had the good fortune of connecting with Jaiden Randolph and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jaiden, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I have always been into fashion, entrepreneurship and marketing since a young age. I was selling my own clothes when I was 14 and always had a love for the process. But leading up to the brand, I was struggling with confidence and losing my sense of self in life, and wanted to find more purpose in having an affect on more peoples lives. I wanted a bigger “Why” and starting it gave me purpose.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I have been making clothes and designing shoes since 2018, but I just started my clothing brand in January, 2025. My brand is set on making people feel connected and making the brand feel like a family, while also selling great quality clothes for a price college students (like me) can afford. No students, or really anyone wants to cough up a lot money for cheap quality clothes, so I take pride in giving that to my customers. I feel I am most proud about the work I am putting in, while also managing 2 other jobs on the side, and managing being a senior in college, while maintaining healthy family and friend relationships. The hardest part of having my business, was starting it. The creativity and shoots comes from the great support systems around me. I feel everyone is valuable if you have a growth mindset and want to learn.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The Rose Bowl Flea Market second Sunday of the month in Pasadena, Community Goods cafe in Melrose, The Win-dow Sliders, Point Dume hike and beach in Malibu, Silverlake flea market, Sul and beans Koreatown, Laker games and Rooftop bars are definitely great recommendations.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to thank my mom, dad, immediate family and friends, and definitely God for my success. A book I would like to thank is the four laws of agreement.
