We had the good fortune of connecting with Jasmine & Lorenzo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jasmine & Lorenzo, what makes you happy? Why?
Life’s simplest pleasures have become the most profound for us. A walk down the canyon with our son, soaking up the sun, throwing rocks into the stream. Anything that keeps us grounded in the present moment is what brings us the greatest joy. The restaurant has a way of pulling us in a million different directions, so finding stillness through all the movement has become both imperative and a great source of happiness for us. It’s a reminder of the impermanence of all things and helps us stay focused on all we have to be grateful for.

What should our readers know about your business?
We are honored to have been asked to share our story again. Our restaurant “Spaghetti Western” has now been open for a little over a year and we are so excited about how we have grown! Our new Head Chef, Corey Domingo, has taken our menu to new heights and developed an awesome lunch service as well. This first year has been so important and has tested us in more ways than we could have imagined. Not only have we grown as business owners, but this journey has taught us to keep reaching for our dreams and to never quit on a bad day. We still have so much more to share with our community and are looking forward to what the future holds.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We would like to dedicate our Shoutout series to our new Head Chef, Corey Domingo. Not only is he a phenomenally talented Chef, he is also an outstanding human being and we are beyond grateful to be on this journey with him.
