We had the good fortune of connecting with Jenna Frank and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jenna, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
A few habits that have really helped me succeed are acting on ideas as soon as they come to mind and staying consistent with daily practices. Simple routines like making my bed, journaling, and especially meditation have kept me focused and centered.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.

If I could share one message, it’s that we all have the power within to reach our biggest dreams. Visualizing my goals in the spiritual realm has been key—manifestation is real, and it’s brought me to where I am today. But nothing great comes easily; it takes daily hunger, growth, and a deep connection with your higher self.

I want people to know that anything is possible. Believe in yourself, love yourself, and never settle. Keep growing, cherish your loved ones, and make time for them. I’ve lost many along the way, and it’s taught me the importance of balance—work hard, stay close to those who matter, and keep faith at the center.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
For me, the best places in the city are often hidden gems—quiet spots where I can enjoy some solitude. I value my alone time, so I spend a lot of it at Venice Beach or hiking the trails at Griffith Park, where I feel most connected to God. I also love a few tucked-away cafes in Hollywood that add to that sense of peace and reflection.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?

For my shout-out, I have to recognize my dad. He’s been the biggest guidance in both my career and personal life, serving as my spiritual guide and mentor every step of the way. Rest in paradise Dad.
