We had the good fortune of connecting with Jesse Kove and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jesse, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I was born in Los Angeles, California. I was raised in the film industry. My father is Martin Kove ever since I was six months old. I basically grew up on film sets. This has always impacted me greatly as I have always loved creating telling stories and going into different worlds. Being on different movie sets for me was always like being in Disneyland. This has shaped my life into the career that I have now as I get to my own worlds in my own movies on television.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I think what sets me apart from others is my ability to adapt as an actor, an artist to any situation story and place in time. I love doing period pieces and I always feel the most comfortable in a different time Period As an artist. Since I was a young boy, I was always making movies with my dad‘s camera, and I was always in the film classes in school and doing plays in high school I continuously creating characters and telling stories. The challenges are always going to be there, as it is a very competitive industry. But you have to remember that it is not a race. It is a marathon. One of the lessons I’ve learned is to be still and have a immense patience. I am always about positivity and bringing other people up around me, I hope that if you’ve worked with me, you have felt this I think it’s safe to say that I stay true to my actions and will always encourage people to be their best.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
One of the first places I would take them is Universal Studios Hollywood and go on the Harry Potter rides, especially if they came in town during Halloween because Halloween horror nights at Universal Studios is my favorite time of year.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to dedicate this to my father Martin Kove, who has always pushed me to be a better artist and creator of the artistic cinematic world.
