We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessie Biancci and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessie, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?
In life there is necessary training, talents and skills to be put to use and over come challenges, so for me it’s only way keep going.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
It’s never just so easy in the entertainment world. You have to keep learning the skills and training to master what you want to become. I have overcome the challenges by observation and being trained to learn the talents and skills of what I want to be. I have learned since my childhood, unfortunately as a child your memory is faded and as a teenager I partied and played sports. I was just enjoying my teenage years. A child performer and 21+ adult performer is a different type of training. But during this time I was trained, grew up around celebrities as normal in LA. I grew up in a different life style I was in a all boy school for foster kids (DCFS) and celebrities would come in and motivate, teach and train us.
As a adult for the past 6 years Mariela I’V mentored me and had the business connections for me being seen as a actor and a photographer.
During covid right now I have been taking it easy for my acting side hopefully productions become busier this year. I would like to work with Fox Studios, HBO, Food Network (I love food 🙂 ) and Cartoon Network (kid at heart). I have been working mainly on my Photogrpahy right now. I have worked with TMZ periodically and I recently did a photo shoot for a magazine that I was the photographer for to be released soon.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take my BFF to Santa Monica Beach, this is where I grew up, the city I love. Enjoy the Santa Monica pier, ride the rides at pacific park and a enjoy a burger at Pier Burger or Umami Burger or Bubba Gump Shrimp or PF Chang’s or Boa Steakhouse. I also love a simple hotdog on a stick and a lemonade. Then we would go shopping at 3rd st promenade. I would also take my BFF to venice to play tennis. Ride bikes over to Marina Del Rey for a boat ride. Then go fishing at Belvedere Park Lake.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I am inspired by editors, publishers, writers and directors of New York Magazine, People’s Magazine, Sports Illustrated. Stars Magazine,Daily Front Row Magazine, Vogue Magazine and Cosmopolitan Magazine. I would like to be a photographer for these magazines. As far as people I am grateful towards and inspired by for being where I am at today is Mariela I’V. Projects that I have collaborated with in the past such as Coolio, Eddie Bauer and independent artists. Appreciative towards you guys and Voyager LA as well for the support.
