Meet Jimmy Bluffq | Master of Soft Tissue

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jimmy Bluffq and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jimmy, every day, we about how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
Quite honestly its my life mission… so my business began to shift around my passion for assisting people who have been in pain physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Growing up an extremely sensitive and emotional kid, as well as a mommas boy, I was highly empathic and could feel my moms pain and depression around her scoliosis and back pain. I just couldn`t sit and watch her suffering…I had to help and I knew I could assist with my hands. So it only made sense after working in fitness, health clubs, personal training and seeing first hand my clients`s health challenges to really focus on working only with healing. I knew I needed to work on what was creating the pain and discomfort all together, at a myophasial level, but the methods avaiable didn`t make sense to me. I don`t believe pain heals pain. Love does. So 20 years ago I created my own technique in a way that my own body is more challenged in the work so that my client`s body can take the least pain and discomfort, allowing it to open up easier, with less to no inflammation at all creating real, deep and lasting results. All that took me on a beautiful journey around the world seeking healing and meeting other powerful shamans and healers that were equally impressed with my medicine, #SurgeryWithoutTheKnife. So I can say that before being a business my work is really my soul`s mission and for that, is an ever evolving process.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
i work specifically with the fascia system, focusing not only on the muscle but connective tissue linings of the body as well. i view my healing from a physical, emotional and spiritual place. I`ve been studying healing for 24+ years, the journey was not easy…i learned not to go into business with friends too many times, lost everything twice, then a 3rd with the COVID pandemic. i’ve been betrayed by business partners and even spiritual teachers that didn’t have integrity…. ive travaled as far as deep in the amazon jungle to heal myself and better myself for my clients. i had my hands consecrated into Sacred Healing instruments 2 times in Brazil and Blessed by a Hindu Illuminated teacher… i wanted to learn the tribes way of healing…when they witnessed my healing they wanted to learn MY healing instead..lol..
The love for my clients, the gratitude i felt assisting others and seeing the sometimes drastic changes in their happiness and their new ability to move pain free always brought me great joy…its extremely emotional, physical and spiritual work….so it was a no brainer to become the greatest version of myself i could, its been a lifetime and never ending journey of self improvement…every session i’ve adapted and improved and over the last 20 years my clients have been the ones that have motivated me the most to continue learning, and now im teaching my techniques because of the demand that ive created all over the World, working with athletes, clients in severe pain, scoliosis, professional athletes, celebtrities, musicians, veterans, children and everyone in between..its been a cool journey. ive not only got to meet many powerful spiritual leaders and healers , rockstars ,musicians and professional athletes, even celebrites that have inspired me throughout my life, i brought these beautiful and influential people MY HEALING… i trademarked BLUFF TECHNIQUE, ADVANCED MUSCLE RECONSTRUCTION, #SURGERYWITHOUTHTHEKNIFE is my branding. because i channel the divine, i view myself as the conduit… i view my healing on a quantum level. its extremely unique and life changing because I dedicate 100% of my energy to it. Literally. My dream and mission is heal the world. teach the world how to heal, empower other medicine men and women to step into their power. its time healers step forward and awaken to their gifts.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
we would definitely go get a workout in at the famous venice golds gym, “the mecca” and get a training session in as the sun comes up, say hello to legends like Mike Ohearn, Charles Glass and even Dr Andy Huberman who i saw there this morning! and then hit Gjusta for coffee and breakfast, or the brentwood farmers market on sunday. for dinner JONES HOLLYWOOD ITALIAN in Hollywood has always been a special place to me.. i have them tattooed on my arm even…we love walking venice beach, buy a hat from TITANIC hat shop. I would schedule a ton of healing, 12 hours at BLUFF TECHNIQUE HEALING CENTER (my place) followed by SOULAIRE for my cardiac health and recovery. The Grove is our favorite hangout and we love MOVIES, we frequently visit THE ART OF LIVING Center for our breathwork and meditation,and Gurudev is a beaufitul and powerful humanitarian leader who created The World Culture Film Festival as well who we support as much as we can when he is visiting. My wife Maria is an extremely gifted Tranformational Coach as well. she helps my clents and students work through their shadows and old sabotaging beleifs with a psychodinamuc approach. I would also highly recommend SOLVANG, SANTA BARBARA, BIG BEAR, .. i love watching THE DODGERS as well, more so when BUEHLER was playing because he is a client.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My beautiful wife Maria, whom I met 3 days before the COVID pandemic, has been the biggest support, soul mate, life partner, best friend, business partner, lover, i could have ever asked the great Divine for in this life.. i did ask.. and literally met her during a huge spiritual transformation i was undergoing at the time. My parents who just hit 50 years of marriage and my 2 sisters have always been extremely supportive and truly the best support i could have ever of asked for as well. I`m extremely gratefull for everything.
