We had the good fortune of connecting with Joanne Rose and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Joanne, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Meditation, yoga, going for a daily walk in nature, setting weekly goals, reading inspiring books, continual learning for personal growth.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I write comedy, thriller and horror features for women over 40. I’m also a paranormal/supernatural enthusiast. I’m currently in development on a comedy feature called, LIFE OF GROUPIES with Buffalo 8 Productions and BondIt Media Capital, after placing in Screen Craft’s Film Fund 2021 competition.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I live in Los Angeles: We would eat at Cafe Gratitude, go to the Ojai Retreat & Inn for some relaxation, hang out at Laguna Beach and see a live performance (if the timing was right, it would be Guns N’ Roses).
