Meet Joe Kresoja

We had the good fortune of connecting with Joe Kresoja and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Joe, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
That is an ongoing process. Life presents you with changes; balance is practice; this is always happening.
I need to work out, have time alone, and time with my family and friends. Having all these, I can get through any short-term struggles with balance.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My Art has changed over the years but has become a collection of my skills and experience. I now focus on spiritually based art, A lot of it focuses on the divine feminine, meditation, and experiences I have had with various plant medicines.
I also do something I call Spiritual Color codes.
A Color Code is not simply a painting—it is a portal. A bespoke masterpiece created through intuitive vision, fine artistry, and deep energetic attunement, each Color Code is a reflection of your unique frequency, captured in vibrant form. Crafted for the discerning collector, visionary leader, or seeker of profound beauty and personal truth, these exclusive works of art are born through a private, immersive process.
Clients have likened the experience to “looking into a multi-dimensional mirror,” describing the final piece as “absolutely priceless,” “spot on,” and “a spiritual, emotional, beautiful, healing, and empowering” encounter. One noted, “I saw myself in it. I saw my essence! Joe beautifully captured both the light and dark of who I am—my journey, my joys, and my struggles.”
These Color Codes are commissioned in limited availability and represent a rare convergence of fine art, personal transformation, and vibrational alignment. To own one is to honor your evolution—and to be reminded, daily, of your highest self.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m a ealry riser so Black line social for coffee catching up and sketching. Next I would take them to Sonoratown for the best Chivchanga that ever existed.
El Matador Beach in Malibu would be next. It’s a Great place to hang out, and the views are amazing, plus it is a great place to do some plein air painting.
Random spontaneous places and shops would be introduced. I am not one to plan everything out, I like letting see what will unfold naturally so the rest of the day and evening would be based on what I learned that day and what my guest was in the mood for. Great conversations would be the main goals, everything I trust will fall into place.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My wife Colleen Kresoja. She has always supported me and believes in me when I don’t. I can not express how much that means to me to have this unwavering support.
