We had the good fortune of connecting with Jordan Candlish and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jordan, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Consistency & Energy.

One of my favorite quotes is from Tony Robbins, he says, “it’s not about what you know, it’s about what you can consistently do”
My brand really started taking off when I identified the things I MUST do daily that were going to move me closer to achieving my goals.
One of those areas was content creation. I decided that If I want to be an influencer and a world-class creator I must create and share something DAILY.
I also acknowledged the ENERGY behind what I was sharing was often more important. So I decided to prioritize my inner work to ensure my energy/frequency was high before I created my videos. This allowed for higher levels of creativity and more flow in what I was doing.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is centered around Personal Transformation Coaching, currently, my main focus is Coaching/working with Men, but I also work with some women 1-1. I help men break free from the limiting patterns that are holding them back from becoming their most authentic selves.
I am proud of the fact that I’ve helped hundreds of men break patterns such as porn addiction, burnout, people pleasing, and overworking through creating a safe space for them to release generational pain (shame, grief and guilt) so that they could discover more presence, confidence, and clarity.

The main thing that I believe separates my business from others is I prioritize embodiment, most of the time it’s not more information that someone needs, it’s just some guidance, accountability, and support/community to be able to let go of the emotions getting in their way of having clarity on who they are what their here to do.

For the last 7 years, I’ve dedicated my life to becoming the fullest most authentic version of myself. For a long time, I was deeply afraid of being seen and expressing myself, most of my challenges have come from facing off with these fears, every time I step into discomfort I unlock a deeper part of myself that allows for a more authentic expression to come through.
I’ve explored and continue to use many modalities to support my heart in staying open/ keeping my nervous system regulated (breathwork, QI gong, meditation, plant medicines, yoga, massage) I’ve learned that FEELING is the currency of life and that everything we want, we already have inside of us, the work then becomes can we stay committed enough to honor what we need so that life can express freely through us without getting lost in distractions and being pulled into the mind.

My brand and story is larger than me, I’ve never been so clear on what my soul came on this earth to do. My soul’s mission is to support the leaders of the new earth, by guiding and supporting men in becoming embodied leaders who live with an open heart, this world needs more men stepping up to do this work, and I intend on being the bridge to allow more men to come across and feel safe letting go of their generational pain so their souls can be free. Because the world needs this now more than ever.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take my friend to my favorite beach (Leighton Beach)that I live 5 minutes away from, we would catch one of the best sunsets in the world while breathing in the clean fresh air coming off the coast of Western Australia. Throughout the day I will be showing them around Fremantle which has the dopest cafe’s, restaurants and bars.
I will take them to my personal favorite cafes (moore & moore, best wishes and Goodthings) we would enjoy Perth’s bests coffee and brunch.
On the weekend I would take them to a drive down to Margaret River, 3 hours south of perth bask in the natural beauty of the southwest, which offers some of the best surf, wine, and food in the world.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would love to acknowledge my girlfriend Amanda Silva, she is such a powerhouse in everything she does, and having her support and unconditional love in my life has allowed me to step into a new level of my growth and evolution both personally and professionally. She is my lover, best friend, and social media strategist, and her feedback & advice is something I deeply value and appreciate. My style and brand has leveled up in a big way thanks to Amanda’s influence in my life.
