We had the good fortune of connecting with Jordan Kaye and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jordan, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Trust is the most important factor to the success of Analog Events. From our clients to vendors to employees, we all must have a mutual level of trust in each other. Our clients trust us to bring their vision to life and we must trust our vendors & team to execute that. We make communication the key value in our trust process.
What should our readers know about your business?
Analog Events is a marketing driven production agency that gets it. And gets it done. We plan it, design it, budget it, arrange it, run it and then take it all down.
We are bold, but not brash; to the point; and fully transparent.
Our team is the backbone to properly plan and execute events. Its not about us — its about our clients and the guest experience. We hide in the shadows — and get it done.
When I started Analog 5 years ago, I wanted to work with clients that were just great people. Some started as friends and some now have become friends. Which has led all of our business to be generated purely through word-of-mouth referrals and clients that have been with us since day 1.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I have lived in LA for almost 20 years now, so Ive seen a full transformation, but have also hosted a lot of friends & family. Some of my “musts”:
AOC – my neighborhood go-to, lots of special personal memories here.
Craigs – another go-to, the honey truffle fried chicken & boys chocolate pizza are incredible.
Bestia, Bavel & Afuri Ramen – favorite DTLA restaurants.
Mastro’s – what’s better than steak, good wine & butter cake?!
Waldorf Beverly Hills – on a nice day, the rooftop is fun for afternoon snacks & drinks.
Soho House & San Vicente Bungalows – find a friend (or friend of friend) that’s a member to get you in.
La Chouquette – some of the best French pastries – their croissants are out of this world.
Outdoor concert – we’re lucky to have venues like the Hollywood Bowl & The Greek.
Academy Museum– this new museum is so well curated & displayed.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My Shoutout is dedicated to EO and especially my Forum mates. Ive learned invaluable skills, workshopped difficult situations and have an incredible network of other entrepreneurs for support.
