Meet Jules Miller | Wayfinder Life Coach, Intuitive Guide & Essential Oil Consultant

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jules Miller and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jules, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
My business connects people with their innate/internal ability to heal themselves on all levels; physically, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually. I combine modalities to empower individuals. I educate people on the ancient efficacies of therapeutic grade essential oils and bring healing into the hands and homes of my clients. The ripple effects of embodying the self with calm, certainty and power changes every person and place we touch. As we bring health and overall wellness back to ourselves we become agents of change within our families, communities and the world. As we shift our mindset to self empowerment and interdependence and connection we create joyful communities of sustainable self worth and generational altruism.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is constantly evolving. I am a healing artist. One of my guiding principles is “..you have to live it to give it.” I practice from a place of connection and triumph. I’ve walked through the fire. I never intended to be a ThetaHealing practitioner or life coach and certainly was not focused on sharing the healing properties of therapeutic grade essential oils. Over 8 years ago I was at a crossroads in what my life was turning into. I was doing mortgages and trying to make my way in LA LA Land as an actor and having no fun doing either of those things. I had a good old fashion ugly cry breakdown/through and begged the Universe to take me where I could serve in this life. And within weeks I was being pulled to study and learn ThetaHealing and Somatic healing practices. My trajectory was undeniable, and I followed it and deepened my understandings of energy healing and intuitive guidance. I became aware of Martha Beck and started reading her books. She kind of rocked my world so I explored deeper and found Wayfinding Life Coach training. I became a certified Wayfinder Life Coach during COVID. I had been using essential oils for years for my own wellness and quite organically began to incorporate them in my sessions and started to intuit oils and create blends for my clients. I am currently broadening my essential oil practice with a certification from the Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education as a Raindrop, Vitaflex and Emotional Release with Essential Oils Practitioner. It was a very challenging path I embarked on, but I learned to listen and trust life, to trust the Universe had my back. One of the greatest lessons I witness daily is a person’s ability to heal. All healing is self-healing. Sure, you can go to a doctor to set a bone, but it is the individual who does the actual healing. Another thing that sets me apart is that I practice from within the trenches. I do the work. I coach and heal myself. Constantly reassessing and going deeper within. I practice “…don’t know mind” for myself as well as working with others.
My sessions are very conversational and much of what was once esoteric becomes very practical and applicable towards personal success. I work via Zoom and FaceTime as well as in my home office, but my favorite place to do sessions is in my 1977 VW Westfalia bus where I invite people to “Drop In with Jules.” I meet with clients for sessions in the bus from many locations in LA. I like to be in calm and scenic places in our city. From the comfort and safety of a very chill atmosphere of the bus I guide people to experience their highest self, their Source Self. I am constantly curious about everyone I work with and in awe of my clients, their progress and the depth and width of their expansions. I am here for your empowerment and there is no one more powerful than you. The path to wholeness is a solitary one, but there is no need to go it alone.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When my friend comes in town from New Jersey we’ll wake up early and drive up the coast grab a coffee and head to Leo Carillo beach and connect with the earth and each other and do some simple catching up. Heading back into town before the beaches get crowded we’ ll stop at Tacos Por Favor in Santa Monica for a lunch of potato tacos and mushroom quesadillas. Next day we’ll hit the farmers market in Culver City and then go climb the Culver stairs and take in the view of this incredible city I am blessed to call my hometown. Next day, The Griddle on Sunset Blvd. for a lemon and raspberry pancake and kick ass coffee. Then drive over Laurel Canyon. I’ll share stories of the echos of the canyon on our way to the shops on Ventura in Studio City. We’ll head back over the hill via Goldwater and stop off at Tree People for a hike before we meet up with more friends at Della Terra on Beverly Blvd for Italian food. One of the evenings we will catch a LA Phil show at The Hollywood Bowl before Dudamel moves to New York. Sunday morning, we can hit the Melrose Trading Post. Next day we drive out to Descanso Gardens to enjoy the magic of the gardens and the foothills of LA. Hopefully we can have a picnic dinner and catch Friday night jazz at LACMA. And in the middle of the week we’ll hop in my 77 VW bus and take a leisurely drive for a day in Ojai where we’ll shop Bart’s Books, grab lunch on the 18th hole of the Soule Park Golf Course and absorb the stunning views. We will finish the day with a sunset meditation up at Meditation Mount.
OMG, I think my friend will end up moving to LA after such a gorgeous week of fantastic food, music and deep connection.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to shoutout my wife of 31 years, Leslie Lowell for her encouragement and always pushing me to not settle, to embody my boundaries and to continuously embrace change. My cousin Wendy Tigerman, for her love, insights, artistic direction and assistance with my business card and website design and branding. Huge shoutout to Tiffany Howsam, my Somatic practitioner, my friend and my mentor. Her intuition, support and guidance is of the most powerful influences in my life. Tiffany literally held me as I was becoming the person I’ve always wanted to be. Holly Fogliotti, is my “Oily-wan Kenobi”, my essential oil Sensei, my friend and confidant . To Jen Cook, my oldest and best friend who reminds of my simple truth- I am Love. My Angel connection, SheriLee Williams, without her I would have spontaneously combusted over the last 6 years. Shout out to Martha Beck for her sincerity, knowledge and for Wayfinding Life Coach Training. Martha’s books continuously deepen my discoveries of what and who I am especially “Finding Your Way in a Wild New World” and “The Way of Integrity”. And to Dr. Joe Dispenza whose research, meditations and books have taken me to a depth of understanding and personal responsibility that is unparalleled in my life. “Becoming Supernatural” by Dr. Joe Dispenza has become indispensable in my library of growth and self love. And to the book that launched my self discovery and all the big picture stuff, “The Tao of Pooh” by Benjamin Hoff. I picked it up when I was 16 and still go back and read when I need to recenter myself.
