We had the good fortune of connecting with Julie Mullins and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Julie, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
I used to think that hard work would equal more results. Now I understand that it is my self worth that determines my net worth, not the hard work. I give a lot more time to make sure I am balanced in all areas of my life and not just giving attention to career. In fact, it is when I am having fun doing a hobby that I have the most profitable ideas for my business.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I help heal their life, connect to their Soul purpose and unlock their true potentials.
I believe all of us have something beautiful to share with the world. We are not meant to fit in and compare ourselves, we are here to create and express our uniqueness. When we are in touch with our intuition and we embody our Soul purpose, we glow in every single area of our lives. Our obstacles, trauma and pain are here to help us evolve and the sooner we find the lessons, the sooner we overcome and transform our lives. There is a gift in every situation. When something happens to us it is not to punish us or to bless us, it is simply mirroring back the energy that we are putting out. When we change our thinking, our actions and our energy, we create different experiences. Most of us grew up unaware of these abilities. It only takes a few small adjustments on your daily routine to get you from where you are to where you want to be. It is our birthright to live a life of empowerment and purpose.
My first book “LEVEL UP – 12 Life Coaches And Their Mantras To Your Best Self” which I wrote in collaboration with other amazing authors, just got published! We shared powerful tools about life, business and success. It is available on amazon.

A perfect week in LA has to be filled with lots of time in nature!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shoutout to Alessandro Giannetti, my mentor & CEO of Guided Light Healing School, where I got certified as a healer.
