Meet Juliette P. Poirier | Music Video & Commercial Producer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Juliette P. Poirier and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Juliette P., we’d love to hear what makes you happy.
A sleepless city, happy humans, good food and great projects
In the heart of a sleepless city, I find a unique source of happiness. The vibrant pulse of urban life, with its dazzling lights and ceaseless activity, invigorates me. The city’s energy is like a constant, comforting companion, and amidst its hustle and bustle, I discover a sense of excitement and inspiration that fuels my passions and inspiration.
Connecting with people, creating meaningful relationships bring warmth to my soul. These connections remind me that happiness is often a collective experience. Working in a happy environment is also great for inspiration.
As a French woman, the joy of savoring good food is paramount in my life. The tantalizing aroma of a perfectly cooked dish, the burst of flavors on my taste buds, and the artistry of culinary creations are simply delightful. Whether it’s a cozy brunch spot, a bustling street market, or an elegant restaurant, every meal should be an adventure. These gastronomic experiences provide not only nourishment but also a deep sense of contentment that complements my life’s endeavors.
Finally, great projects are a cornerstone of my happiness. There’s a profound fulfillment in working on creative endeavors that challenge and inspire. Be it producing films, coordinating commercials, or crafting music videos, each project brings a unique sense of purpose. The process of nurturing an idea and bringing it to life is a journey filled with excitement, dedication, and the joy of seeing the final product come to fruition. It’s the satisfaction that comes from making a tangible contribution to the world of art and creativity that truly fulfills me.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
With an academic foundation in Business and Finance, refined during my international studies, I built a strong foothold in the corporate world. My role as a logistics specialist at Red Bull equipped me with the skills to optimize budgets, manage crises, and cultivate lasting client relationships.
My professional transition into the film industry was a transformative moment driven by my unwavering passion for art. My academic pursuit of producing at UCLA laid the foundation for a thriving career, taking me from a Production Assistant to a Producer in a remarkably short time.
The journey was far from easy, especially transitioning from the corporate world to the creative one. Yet, my journey shows that embracing one’s passion can lead to work fulfilment. I stand as a testament to the idea that following your dreams can be both a bold and rewarding endeavor.
What sets me apart is my unique combination of business background and creative insight. Through my portfolio, I bring a valuable message to the world: that happiness and success can be achieved by following one’s heart and committing to the pursuit of art and creativity.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love doing this. Wherever I’ve been living (from Shanghai, Paris to LA), I always loved giving a small sample of my life to my friend and family visiting. Usually the best is to start with a little car day. Picking all the touristic places and do all at once in one day, like a bus tour. Observatory, Hollywood sign, Walk of Fame, Beverly Hills houses & sign, Santa Monica Beach, the pier, Venice canals and end the day on a DTLA rooftop for a drink.
Then the second day is an activity. A hike, beach day, shopping at the grove, … you know depend on the person you host.
Then a weekend outside the city. Joshua Tree, Big bear, Death Valley, Sequoia park…
Come back to LA and meet my circle, go to a premiere screening or a festival, maybe even on a set, why not?
Last day should be relaxed and up to them.
Food is very important and should be an experience as well, it should vary from people’s home food. Always try a good Mexican, Burgers, a good American Diner, a vegan based restaurant.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
You know what? I never do this, and in general, we try to keep personal and professional life separate.
But I want to give a shoutout to the one person who truly allowed me to be where I am today. Because, truth be told, before we met, my daily life was more mundane, always behind my computer, managing logistics for consumer products. I don’t think it was a bad job, far from it, but I believe that with my personality, I needed more. I needed to meet new people, to be surrounded by creative individuals, to take risks, to leave everything behind and start anew. And it’s this person who made me realize that and encouraged me to take the leap.
This person introduced me to the film industry and showed me that with determination, this world was accessible. I would never be where I am today without my partner. And I don’t think I say it enough.
