Meet Kaden Bishop | Co-Founder & CEO of Fanhaven

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kaden Bishop and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kaden, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
To be honest, I’ve never really had a formal “thought process” going into any business I’ve started. It’s always been something I fell into. My first hustle was selling snacks as a kid, I didn’t overthink it, I just saw demand and moved on it. Since then, every venture has kind of snowballed from me tinkering with a problem or trying to solve something I saw up close. With Fanhaven, it wasn’t like I sat down and planned to start a company, it started with my co-founder and I noticing how much data the music industry lacked, and we kept pulling that thread. One thing led to another, and now we’re building a platform that’s reshaping how large scale live events are able to capture and use data to be more efficient. That pattern’s been true for every business I’ve built & run: curiosity first, company second.

What should our readers know about your business?
Our startup is called Fanhaven, and at its core, it’s about giving festivals the tools to truly understand and engage with their top fans. We started by asking a simple question: If your top 1% of fans drive most of your revenue, why don’t you know who they are? Fanhaven brings together ticketing, point-of-sale data, and fan interactions into one platform, so festivals and ultimately labels and artists can make smarter decisions, from merch predictions, to sponsor insights, to fan rewards.
What sets us apart is that we’re not just building another ticketing platform, we’re building infrastructure for live event data. Our approach is data-first, but experience-driven. We’re just as obsessed with fan magic as we are with backend analytics.
One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned is that not many people immerse themselves in the intersection of music and tech, so building a team we can truly lean on has taken time. But that process has made us more intentional, more collaborative, and more committed to the long game.
What I want the world to know is: Fanhaven isn’t just a platform, it’s a belief. A belief that the bond between artists and fans is one of the most powerful forces in culture. And we’re building the infrastructure to honor that bond, at scale.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting for a week, I’d make sure they got a mix of classic L.A. magic, underground gems, and unforgettable experiences that reflect what makes this city wild, beautiful, and inspiring.
We’d kick things off night hike around Griffith Observatory, a classic, but there’s really nothing like seeing the stars with the whole city glowing beneath you.
One night, we’d have to hit “Anything But a Club”, a series my friend Sam Freeman puts on. He throws events in the most unexpected places, think pizza shops and most recently inside the Natural History Museum. Definitely unique to a city like LA & always unforgettable.
For something grounding, we’d walk through Peace Awareness Labyrinth & Gardens, a hidden gem for stillness and reflection in the middle of the city, and spend a lazy afternoon by the beach, soaking up the sun and maybe grabbing fish tacos in Santa Monica, then an evening at Tea at Shiloh.
And for a truly special Sunday I’d take them to this secret jazz brunch spot in Long Beach that one of our team members, Avani, introduced me to.
The best part of L.A. isn’t just the places, it’s the people, the artists, dreamers, and mad geniuses doing something different every day. I’d just try to show them as many of those moments as possible.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are truly too many people to name, I’d run out of space before I could thank everyone who’s shaped my journey. But through and through, the most instrumental person has been my mom Kendra Bishop. She’s supported me through every business and wild idea I’ve had since I was a kid even while running her own company. She’s seen it all, and not once has she doubted me. Her response has always been, “And how can I help?”
I also want to shout out Startup Village by Lance Ding, an incredible entrepreneurship community here in LA where I’ve met some of my closest friends and even a few of our team members.
And of course, Loyola Marymount University and its faculty, especially Professor Jason D’Mello, thank you for your constant support, mentorship, and belief in me over the years.
