Hi Karen, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
Im a creative dog groomer & can bring any artistic idea come to life on your dog whether it has short or long fur

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I rather speak on my views based on Junes art of photography. There are many battles many of us pro Palestinian supporters face, especially in the United States. From where we started to where we are today, June has captures the inclines & dangers we face simply for supporting human rights. Capturing those moments of true dignity, strength, & courage shows the resilience of those who have a clear moral compass for change & equity. We all overcome challenges, and the biggest one is the fear of being attacked for voicing out our truths. But as many revolutionaries out their with the courage to stand up and stand out, like June, we have awakened many to join us and build the fight for what’s right.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
June loves to travel, & is very much a devout Muslim who inspires me & has been a loving guide during my road to Islam. As a revert, I’d love to go with her to Mecca & ask Allah to bless her, for this woman is very much deserving over everything for being true to herself & those around her. What better way to enjoy our time than with the one we both love, all praise the most high Allah SWT.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to take the time to recognize the visionary artist behind what is currently & will forever be marked in history. June is an amazing photographer I met a year ago at a Pro Palestine protest held at Beverly Hills. It was my very first one after returning home from my 7 month educational travel in Bangkok Thailand. It all started with a snap of her camera that led to what I call sisterhood. Throughout my time having her in my life, she has been all inspiration, real & genuine, & true to who she is, a revolutionary with a powerful heart & a craft under her sleeve. Everything she captures on camera speaks volumes, & definitely encapsules the push of change many of us have been battling in the name of human rights.
