Meet Kevin Fong | Music Composer and Producer

Hi Kevin, what’s your definition for success?
Success is to be your own self, not determined by people around you and what they say about you. Be true to yourself and follow your own path with your pace.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Hi my name is Kevin Fong and I am a film composer and music producer based in LA. It wasn’t easy at all to be a composer and writing music to make ends meet. Before relocating to LA to pursue my career in the music industry, I spent 4 years studying in Berklee College of Music majoring in Film Scoring and a music production and writing major. There’s where I explore my own musical journey and learn the most from classes to just having a conversation with someone around there. Work hard is my only way to overcome challenges. If you aren’t able to overcome it, then you will have to try even harder and smarter. I’ve learned that always to be true to yourself, and don’t compare. There is no right or wrong, it’s just being yourself that matters the most. Everyone is a storyteller, and I tell my stories through music.

Best time is make music in the studio with my friends
