We had the good fortune of connecting with Lisa Malcolm and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lisa, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is people. My relationships with my clients and in turn their satisfaction with my work. I have been very blessed with having strong relationships that turn into referrals and word of mouth advertising. I couldn’t ask for better people to be a part of my business.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
LynkPR is a full service boutique PR firm specializing in the entertainment industry. Led by CEO Lisa Malcolm LynkPR represents some of the hottest young talent on TV and in Film.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love local spots and would be take my best friend to dinner at Gio Cucina in Encino they have fresh made pasta and it’s too die for. For a fun afternoon we’d go to Huntington Gardens, and if I could spend the day with my friend and family anywhere it would be at Disneyland.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family deserves recognition for my success specifically my husband Jeffrey. He supported my move to walk away from a successful business that I started in order to find the happiness and success I’ve worked so hard to achieve, without him I wouldn’t have had the support to make the tough decision to leave and start LynkPR.
