Meet Liz Jakoi | Mindset Transformation Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Liz Jakoi and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Liz, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
I help individuals and groups develop and grow their potential to build a more positive mindset in order to create a peaceful and calm life.
When we are more peaceful and calm, we can deal with challenges, obstacles, problems in a positive way accessing our wise self within.
When more people are peaceful and, calm, they are hair and can approach situations with a win/win/win.
What should our readers know about your business?
After 20 years in the corporate world trading and coaching in Leadership Skills, Customer Service, Sales and Time Management, starting my own business was met many sabotage patterns that kept me stuck. I was persistent and persevered knowing that I wanted to fulfill my passion and purpose of moving people from despair to hope to move people from suffering to Success.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
First, I would love for them to stay with me and I would prepare a healthy breakfast for us to enjoy and chat about anything that comes up. Hopefully a philosophical discussions about life and business.
Depending on the time of year, we would head to downtown Toronto to catch a sport game, concert or musical on one of the days. Have dinner at an Italian restaurant. On another day, would walk around downtown by the lakeshore and catch a ferry to the island. Day 3, We can visit Ripleys Aquarium and take in the view at the CN Tower followed by a nice dinner at Jack Astors.
Day 4 would be a 2.5 drive to Niagara Falls, one of the wonders of the world. We would take in Ferris Wheel, Maid of the Mist ferry under the falls.
Day 5 we can go to St. Lawrence Market and visit art galleries and museums near the market. Or Kensington Market depending on what would aural to the more. If the weather is good, find a patio to sit and enjoy food as we watch people go by chatting about life and ambitions.
Day 6 we could go to Eaton Centre to shop and tour the downtown shopping district. Eat at pickle Barrel.
Day 7. I would prepare a breakfast and lunch and even dinner and enjoy the final day at home.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are many and I’d I had to pick one, it would be a book entitled You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero. It really opened my eyes to realize how powerful I am and who in my life supports my power.
Also. Chris Duncan is a self made multi millionaire who taught me how to focus on BEing. He taught me why the personal development industry is broken and what is missing.
