Hi Lucius, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
There are two primary motivations that drove me to start my own business. Firstly, I possess a natural inclination towards creativity, and I find it fulfilling to bring my ideas to fruition and witness others falling in love with the resulting products or concepts. Secondly, I have always aspired to assist my ten closest friends or peers in achieving success in life and enabling them to provide for their families. Creating a lively and imaginative work environment that fosters a sense of camaraderie among colleagues who are honest, loyal, and compassionate is also crucial to me. As I enjoy helping people, expanding my brand allows me to increase my positive impact on others’ lives. I firmly believe that the universe rewards those who pursue their beliefs, and I am confident that my efforts will align with my ultimate objectives.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Throughout my life, I have always had a creative streak, ranging from producing music to designing 3D animations and product renderings. Now, I am utilizing my creativity to launch a brand called Dyslexic Millionaires. What sets me apart from others is my ability to connect with people – having lived in 15 cities and interacted with individuals from various cultures and backgrounds. I am inherently kind, honest, and impartial, always seeking the best for others. My brand is intended for those who aspire to achieve their dreams, even in the face of adversity, as they may not have received support from others, or they may have been considered outliers like the “black swan” that uses their abilities to shine.

I am most proud of the positive reception and support that Dyslexic Millionaires has received so far. I am confident that the brand is only at the beginning of its journey and will continue to gain traction as more people experience our products.

What we want to know about the brand is:

The Dyslexic Millionaires brand is a small company inspired by the fact that 40 to 60% of self-made millionaires show signs of dyslexia. Our brand highlights the natural gifts that dyslexic thinkers bring to the world like strong visualization skills, communicating clear ideas and building strong connections with others.

Our brand rises from the idea that students with dyslexia do not perform well with traditional schooling. Yet, people with dyslexia bring value to their careers with above average creativity, a strong ability to identify opportunities and readily overcoming problems and obstacles.

Our team of dreamers and visionaries are key to our success. It is their artistic talent, belief in the product and their ability to pivot and learn new skills that will grow our company.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would love to take my closest friend on a fun-filled adventure in Los Angeles. First, we’d head over to Spire 73 for some drinks and a breathtaking view of the city. Afterward, we’d visit Point Dume, where we can bask in the beauty of the beach and climb its majestic rock walls. Then, we’d head to Redondo Beach to catch one of the most gorgeous sunsets in the area. A stop at Little Damage for some black ice cream is a must!

For dinner, I would suggest dining at the Butcher, the Baker, and the Cappuccino Maker, where we can savor the exquisite flavors of their mouth-watering dishes, or either Wings and Waffles or Tropic Truck for an amazing gourmet food truck experience.

After dinner, we’d head to Universal Studios for a day of fun and adventure, enjoying all the thrilling rides and attractions. Next, we can explore some of the fantastic art galleries and museums in the area, such as MTLE Studios, Corey Helford Gallery, Getty Museum, or Getty Villas.

Finally, to cap off our day, we’d head to the Jerome C. Daniel Overlook above the Hollywood Bowl to enjoy the stunning views of the city from sunset to dusk. It would be a day full of fun, unforgettable experiences, and great memories to cherish for a lifetime!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
In all honesty, I owe a great deal of gratitude to a multitude of individuals who have contributed to my personal growth and current status in life. My mother and sister have played an integral role in shaping my character, while my father, grandmother, and cousins have always been supportive of my aspirations. Additionally, many of my friends have acted as mentors, introduced me to key players in my creative journey, or provided me with opportunities to attend significant events. I have had the privilege of meeting some of the most remarkable individuals worldwide, all because someone else took a chance on me. It is evident that being a good person and building trust with peers and acquaintances can go a long way in today’s world. The primary reason for my inclusion in these articles is due to a recommendation from someone who suggested me to your publications.

Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to a special person in my life who has been there for me every day. They have never missed a day without sending me positive and motivating messages, encouraging me to pursue my dreams even during challenging times. On those difficult days, they always remind me to stay focused on the big picture and not to be deterred by the challenges of the present moment.
