Meet Manal Adam | Founder & CEO

We had the good fortune of connecting with Manal Adam and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Manal, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The decision to launch my own business was rooted in both purpose and expertise. As a former pharmaceutical compliance specialist, I had spent years immersed in clinical research, safety protocols, and regulatory precision. But it was during a pivotal life transition—becoming a mother—that I recognized a major gap in the body care industry: there were no products that delivered true clinical performance without sacrificing sensory elegance or simplicity.
I didn’t see starting a business as a career pivot—it was a solution-oriented response to a real need. I set out to design a product that merged the integrity of pharmaceutical standards with the sophistication of modern fragrance and skincare. A single, high-performance formula that could treat, hydrate, and scent the body—all in one elevated step.
IDRÉIS BEAUTÉ was never about trends. It was about building a brand with staying power—rooted in science, driven by design, and crafted for the realities of how modern women live. Starting this company wasn’t just about launching a product. It was about setting a new standard.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My career began in pharmaceutical compliance, where I specialized in regulatory auditing, safety protocols, and clinical documentation. That foundation in data integrity and precision became the blueprint for building IDRÉIS BEAUTÉ, a body care brand where science meets sensory elegance.
What sets IDRÉIS apart is its core philosophy: body care as a primary focus, not an afterthought. Our bi-phase formula is powered by 9 clinically informed actives and 34 nutrients designed to hydrate, support the skin barrier, and leave behind a refined, powdery musk—luxury performance, simplified into one daily ritual.
Professionally, I’m proud to have built this brand from the ground up—self-funded, systems-driven, and retail-ready. I didn’t come from the beauty space, but I brought operational discipline, scientific thinking, and customer-centered design. Every decision, from formulation to fulfillment, is guided by quality, consistency, and purpose.
The journey required navigating supply chains, regulatory frameworks, marketing strategy, and product development in a new market—all while assembling a brand that could scale without compromising on standards. Those challenges weren’t roadblocks—they were training grounds.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came to visit, we’d keep it peaceful and beautiful. We’d walk through Descanso Gardens and Huntington Gardens, explore The Getty Villa for history and views, and end the day with dinner at Mastro’s Ocean Club by the water. We’d also spend time at El Matador Beach, and shop or grab coffee at Westfield Century City simple, calming places.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My deepest gratitude goes to my family—my father, whose values and resilience shaped the foundation of who I am; my mother, whose strength grounded me; my husband, whose support makes this journey possible; my sisters and brother, who have always believed in me; and my two daughters, who are the heartbeat behind everything I build.
Their love, strength, and unwavering belief fuel every step I take.
