Meet Mandy Corrente | Singer, Dancer and Actor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Mandy Corrente and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Mandy, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
My favorite affirmation is “Believe in yourself” is like having your own cheering squad inside your head! It means that no matter what, you trust that you can do things and that you’re awesome. It’s like when you’re learning to ride a bike – even if it’s a little tricky at first, you believe you can do it, and that makes you keep trying. It’s like having a secret power that helps you not give up, even when things are tough. I like it because it reminds me that I’m strong and can do cool stuff if I believe in me!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’m really special because I’m just being myself, and that’s what makes me stand out. I don’t compare myself to others because I believe everyone has their own unique thing to offer. I sing songs that are made for kids, but guess what? Lots of grown-ups and teens enjoy my music too! I’m super proud to have released 16 singles already. Can you believe I started recording them when I was just 5 years old? And now, I’m feeling really excited because I’m working with one of the best producers in the world, Poo Bear.

Getting to where I am today hasn’t been easy, especially because I’m still a kid and I’m going to school too. But I’m really determined to keep going and become the superstar I dream of being. I’ve learned that I need to be patient because everything happens at the right time, not just when I want it to. I’ve had a lot of help along the way – my dad, my sister, my brother, and my whole family have been there for me. And of course, I can’t forget about my amazing fans – they’re the absolute best!

I want the world to know that I’m Mandy Corrente, and my goal is to bring joy and happiness through my songs and everything I do. Life might have its ups and downs, but I’m going to keep spreading positivity and making great music. So get ready for more fun, more music, and more of me – Mandy, the happiness-bringer!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

If my bestest friend ever came to my place, I’d totally take them on a super-duper amazing adventure for a whole week! We’d start with a super early sunrise treasure hunt on the beach, searching for seashells and cool stuff. Then, we’d go on magical hikes in the forest and swim with colorful fish in the ocean, like real explorers! After all that fun, we’d chill by the pool, sipping yummy drinks with little umbrellas, and giggle until our tummies hurt. Oh, and the food! We’d munch on yummy poke bowls, have picnics with tropical fruits, and try all the ice creams we can find. And guess what? We’d also learn how to surf and ride the waves like superheroes!

When the sun starts to go down, we’d jump on a boat and go on a sunset adventure, watching dolphins and feeling the wind in our hair. And guess what’s even more awesome? We’d have a big party on the beach with a bonfire, marshmallows, and stories that make us laugh so hard we can’t breathe! And then, we’d end the trip with a big promise to be best friends forever and come back to this magical place again someday!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a big shoutout to my amazing mom! She’s like my superhero – not just because she’s my mom, but because she’s been with me every step of the way. She’s not just a mom, she’s also my “momager” – that means she helps me with everything and supports me in everything I do. From recording me to taking me everywhere, she’s always there. We even make TikToks together and have so much fun! She’s like my best friend – we laugh a lot and do all sorts of cool things together. She’s super funny and has a heart full of love. So, here’s to you, Mom! Thanks for being my biggest fan, my supporter, and my awesome partner on this journey. I love you with all my heart!
