We had the good fortune of connecting with Mandy Wilde and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Mandy, what role has risk played in your life or career?

Risk has played an important factor in most of what I’ve done in my life and career. As a matter of fact, what led me to my current position was leaving a career of over a decade where I made a good living and swapped it to work for myself! It took two tries to take the leap to leave the stability and comfortability of a steady paycheck and now I can honestly say, I couldn’t be more happy.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.

Absolutely! I am a certified Psychic Medium and Astrologer. I also consult and educate on the radical rituals of deity divination. It is through Mediumship, that I’m able to help those who are seeking connection, comfort, hope and peace from their passed loved ones as well as connect them to their spiritual team which can positively influence the way they navigate their own spiritual and life paths moving forward.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

Ahhh such a great question! I am smitten with Los Angeles so I’d want to make sure they got a good view of some of her charm. I don’t think I can do it justice with this but here goes:
-Tour Downtown and check out our gorgeous architecture
-Roller skate in Venice
-Hike any of the number of incredible trails we have to offer in and around the area (I’m alway a fan of Griffith)
-Catch a show at one of our beautiful theaters like Pantages
-As a vegan I feel so grateful for all of the choices I have for dining in Los Angeles like Vinh Loi Tofu, Gracias Madre, Shojin DTLA, Plant Food Wine, APB and Crossroads Kitchen
-Picnic at any of our vast number of parks like Elysian

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
