Hi Maria, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Ever since I can remember, I have always had very sensitive skin. And growing up my mother always made homemade skincare masks, and taught me the importance of not just eating organic products, but also utilizing them on my skin and hair! Due to COVID-19, I lost my job. I struggled to make ends meet, until one day it hit me! Every day for fun I focus on natural ways to improve my health. Whether it is inner health, skin, or hair health. I reflected and realized I am very experienced, knowledgeable, and PASSIONATE about natural skincare, and I would love to share it all with the world! I hope that people experience all the love and good energy every product has!

Skin Qare Love by Maria Quan is 100% Organic. Vegan. Animal Cruelty-Free. Crystal Infused. Recyclable. And handmade with Love. For all skin types! All products are customizable as well, in terms of ingredients and scent. If you love full moon water, and crystal-infused skincare products then Skin Qare Love is for you! All products are handmade with so much love and help from Rose Quartz and Citrine crystals! Every product is deeply moisturizing. Starting this business all on my own was very challenging, but I am always up for a challenge especially when it consists of something I am passionate about! My dear dad who is not here with us anymore once told me to seek what sparks my fire and hold onto it! Skincare is something I have been passionate about since I can remember, and all my life I have been that one friend who knows all about the best in skincare. I have always known the importance of not just eating organic products, but also utilizing them on my skin! Due to COVID-19, I lost my job. I struggled to make ends meet, until one day it hit me! If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When it comes to LA, I always take my friends who are not from this city to Universal Studios Hollywood! In my opinion, Universal Studios Hollywood depicts what Los Angeles is all about! It has everything! Good restaurants, bars, lights, scenary, and great people! Every single time I go there, I am filled with excitement and feel good energy!

Thank you, mama!! My mother, my Queen, Angela, is the true inspiration behind my skincare line, Skin Qare Love. Growing up she would create these face masks and oils made completely out of organic products. Her skin was always flawless! People always complimented her skin and how youthful she looked for her age. Once I reached my teen years, I decided to ask her for skincare advice. She was excited when teaching me how to create her face masks and oils! I learned from there on and fell IN LOVE with the results.
