Hi Marlon, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
For me and my bussisnes taking risk have been crucial , i left my full time job an my home to go live alone and start my bussisnes from 0 so the time has teach me that specially in moments of instability taking risk is the righ choice to get out of it whether in a good o bad way

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
As you know, I am a craftsman, I work the leather entirely by hand and together with the careful choice of the leathers these are the things I am very proud of, and I believe that this is precisely what distinguishes me from others, the choice of the best leathers on the market and the manual and tailor-made work, I arrived here after a lot of work, many hours of trying and trying again and many mistakes, if there is anything I have learned it is listening to customer reviews and advice, as well as pushing myself beyond my fears of failure.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
there are more people to whom I would like to dedicate my shout out, among them there is certainly Roberto, a craftsman from my city, a source of inspiration and a great supporter of my passion, Alessandro, a vintage watch dealer from the city who introduced me to the world of straps artisans and last but not least my girlfriend who has always supported me and believed in me..
