We had the good fortune of connecting with Marta Han And Zsofia Jamieson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Marta Han and Zsofia Jamieson, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The inspiration behind THE FERTILITY CLASS came from recognizing a major gap in fertility solutions. While conventional treatments often rely on medication and holistic approaches emphasize nutrition, acupuncture, or supplements—all very valuable in their own right—one key element always seems to be missing: movement.

With years of experience in this space, we know that targeted fertility exercises—designed to boost pelvic circulation, regulate cycles, and support ovulation—aren’t widely taught or easily accessible. Yet, movement is essential for reproductive health, helping to align organs, stimulate hormone balance, and create the optimal environment for conception.

We felt called to bridge that gap by offering a science-backed, movement-based fertility program online, making these powerful techniques accessible to more women worldwide.

THE FERTILITY CLASS isn’t just about exercise; it’s about giving women a natural, effective way to enhance their fertility and take back control of their bodies.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
THE FERTILITY CLASS is more than just an exercise program—it’s a movement (literally and figuratively!) dedicated to supporting women on their fertility and wellness journeys. What sets us apart is our unique focus on movement as a powerful tool for reproductive health. While most fertility solutions rely on medication or only emphasize nutrition and mindfulness, we fill a critical gap by offering science-backed, movement-based exercises designed to boost circulation, regulate cycles, support ovulation, and restore hormonal balance.

We’re incredibly proud of the community we’ve built, a space where women feel seen, supported, and empowered. The transformations we witness go beyond just physical health; they ripple into confidence, emotional well-being, and a renewed trust in the body’s ability to heal.

Building this venture in a space where movement isn’t often associated with fertility meant educating, breaking down misconceptions, and proving the power of our method. It’s twice the work, but the results we see in the women we work with make it all worth it. Every challenge has reinforced our resilience and deepened our commitment to this mission.

One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned? Women are hungry for natural solutions that don’t just mask symptoms but actually address the root cause. That’s what drives us – helping women reconnect with their bodies in a way that’s effective, empowering, and deeply healing.

What we want the world to know about THE FERTILITY CLASS is that we’re here for every stage of the fertility journey. Whether you’re preparing to conceive, navigating PMS or menopausal shifts, or simply wanting to feel more balanced, our program offers a proven, natural way forward. It’s not just about fertility in the traditional sense, it’s about cultivating a lifelong connection to your health and well-being.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d start with a bike ride along the Santa Monica Pier, grabbing food at Perry’s and cruising by the Venice Canals – it’s such a classic LA experience. We’d head to the Griffith Observatory for the stunning city views and spend an afternoon at Rodeo Drive for some shopping and people-watching. A Fryman Canyon hike would be a great way to soak in the natural beauty, followed by a visit to The Grove for a mix of fun and food. Of course, a trip to Malibu Pier is a must, capped off with dinner at Nobu. And no LA trip is complete without a photo stop at the Hollywood sign!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Our journey with THE FERTILITY CLASS wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible women who inspired it.
Whether they were trying to conceive, working through hormonal ups and downs, or just wanting to feel more connected to their bodies, their strength and perseverance have been nothing short of inspiring. They’re the heart of this work and the reason we’re so passionate about making fertility exercises easy to access and practice.

A special shoutout goes to Aviva Gabriella Steiner and Adelheid Ohlig, whose pioneering work in women’s health and movement laid the foundation for our approach. Their dedication to empowering women through movement has been a guiding light, and we are honored to carry forward their legacy by bringing science-backed fertility exercises to a wider audience.

We are also deeply grateful to the mentors, practitioners, and thought leaders who have helped us bridge the gap between science and holistic healing. And, of course, to our families, who have cheered us on every step of the way.

This journey has truly been a collective effort, and THE FERTILITY CLASS is a testament to the power of community, knowledge, and current movement in transforming women’s reproductive health.
