Hi Marty, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
To bring the essence of hip hop back to its roots.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m Marty, a hip-hop producer, performer, and storyteller who’s all about bringing raw, authentic hip-hop energy to the streets. I’ve been crafting beats and rocking cyphers for years, blending classic drum machines with live performances to create something that feels alive. The name “Marty Mozart” actually came from a show I did in Vienna. The people who came out to see me perform gave me that name because they saw how I was composing beats in real-time, almost like a classical composer but with hip-hop. Just like Mozart broke boundaries in classical music, I push the limits of hip-hop by fusing different sounds, cultures, and eras together. The name stuck, and now it’s a part of my story.

Hip-hop is a reflection of its environment. Every neighborhood has a story, a rhythm, a style—whether it’s the grit of NYC, the soul of Madrid, or the creative pulse of Hollywood. My cyphers bring those elements to life, letting the artists and the surroundings shape the sound. It’s not just about putting on a show; it’s about preserving the culture of each place and giving the people there a voice through the music. When you hear an MC spit in Madrid, or a poet drop bars in Vienna, you’re getting a piece of their world, their struggles, and their triumphs. That’s hip-hop in its purest form.
