Hi Mary, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of Lollipop Dental is our team. Our team is so dedicated and inspiring! They come to work, not to just do a job, but to provide an exceptional service to our patients and their families. We open our doors to every child to provide a fun, friendly, positive dental experience.

What should our readers know about your business?
Our practice, Lollipop Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, is a dental office where we only employ Board-Certified specialists. All of our specialists were specifically trained in the specialty of pediatric dentistry or orthodontics for 2-3 years years following dental school. Our team has also achieved the highest recognition in our profession. We take great pride in that! What sets us apart is that we treat each patient like family. We are here not just to fix cavities, but to educate and really help set our patients and families up for a lifetime of healthy smiles!

We got to where we are today by being authentic, taking care of patients the way we would take care of our own family members! Most of our referrals have been from word of mouth and our loyal patients who love us!
What I want the world to know about our brand & our story is that we want to give everyone a reason to smile! That is our vision! Every single patient & family who visits are practice leaves smiling! We strive to make dental visits a fun experience for everyone involved. We truly love what we do!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My husband, Hideki Ikeda is definitely my biggest supporter! He allows me to grow and has always supported me not only in my professional career, but in our marriage and in being parents to our amazing children Penelope, 6 and Sebastion, 4. My mentor while enter my profession was one of my instructors in residency, Dr. Nikki Hill. She was always my inspiration and super mom, business owner, and mentor. My parents Elizabeth & Joe have instilled and raised me to be independent, work hard, and reach for the stars. My team as well, they make me want to be a better CEO / Boss Lady everyday. I want to encourage and support them in their dreams and aspirations through the success of our business as we grow!
