Meet Masakazu Yamamoto | DJ / Event Producer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Masakazu Yamamoto and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Masakazu, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Taking risks is a manifestation of preparedness.
I would like to say that taking risks is a question and confirmation to myself before actually starting to work on anything or challenge.
Are you ready to take responsibility without fear of failure?
Being an artist will take “Criticism”.
Owning a business will take “Financial responsibility”.
Do you regret not doing it rather than losing something?
Basically, the choice is in your hands.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Regarding DJ, at this stage, I understand the point of being a DJ, I am not a music producer yet , and concentrate on working as a DJ. Regardless of the size of the stage, I always try to provide great music. Connect good sound to the audience.
Invisible efforts support the best performance.
I wasn’t blessed with musical talent, but I spared no time. I want to bet on my own potential, not relying on talent.
Talent is not a bad thing at all, but it is undeniable that neglecting effort can lead to killing growth.
I started producing an event called “Moon Phase” on my own initiative.
Today We are living in a world where you don’t really know what’s really cool or hard to find . Our judgment is not sharp enough since we get distracted by all kinds of information everywhere, especially on the web.
There are many good things hidden in the shadows.
I would like to discover hidden jams or polish rough diamonds.
It’s still a small event, but I want to create and provide the best place to perform and hang out for talented local artists and everyone who participates.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would like to ask my best friends to take me to the best places for we can eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc. It’s hard to meet the best. It’s too early to decide what is the best. Join my tour after I have grown up, gained a lot of experience and experienced the best, Will just take a reservation for now LoL

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Fortunately, there are always people who support me, they are also artists and people who deserve much respect. Monkey Monk is a member of my produced event and he does his own “Reality Distortion Art.
Ryan Dario is a photographer who always takes great pictures and supports my events.
My sound crew, Alejandro Nawkse and Mike Montgomery, always set up the great sound system and still support local music events even though they work for major big music festivals everybody knows.
and Yujin/Bpms.
Showed me What Music is and shared his knowledge. Literally took me to the next level as a DJ.
He is a great musician I really respect.
I really appreciate all the support and this opportunity to talk about my articles.
