Meet Michael Jared Caabay | Artist, DJ, & Music producer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Michael Jared Caabay and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Michael Jared, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I pursued an artistic or creative career because music has been my passion since I was a kid. I’ve been a performer throughout my life whether I’m dancing, performing in a band or just being on stage as an artist. Many people dream of using their talent/passion as their job. I made a goal during high school to grow as a music producer and become an artist and a DJ.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
All of my music are made from my happiness and struggles in life. I love creating emotional rollercoaster on my tracks. I have a distinct sound that when you hear my music. You will know it’s produced by “Cabuizee.”

I am most proud of upcoming producers/artists that I am motivating, helping and collaborating with that have great potential in their artistical journey. Music is meant to be heard.

The music industry is a competitive field of art. It can be hard and challenging but you are you’re own limit.

The lesson that I’ve learned along the way is don’t do it for others. Do it because you enjoy and love being creative. Be positive in life and you will attract abundance.

I want the world to know that “Cabuizee” will continue to grow and touch peoples heart through music.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take him/her to the beach especially if they’re not from California to enjoy our great weather. During the day time since I’m a performer, I would take him/her to watch street performers in Hollywood or Santa Monica pier and maybe eat at Bubba Gump Shrimp. And at night time, I would love to take them to one of my shows.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to give a shoutout to my brother Garizaldy Caabay for showing me how to compose music and perform in front of a crowd Also. he gave me a drumstick and told me to learn how to play drums. To top it off, music producers like, Brian Michael Cox, Timbaland, Zedd, Avicii, Seven Lions, and to all creative producers that are raising the standards of music production.
