Meet Mik Raibon and Jenn Raibon | Wellness and Mindfulness Guides

We had the good fortune of connecting with Mik Raibon and Jenn Raibon and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Mik and Jenn, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
We collectively have over 25 years of experience in corporate America – Mik as a consultant and marketer and Jenn as a corporate lawyer, both in private practice and as in-house counsel. During the pandemic, a period that we found incredibly introspective, we found a passion for wellness in the areas of Reiki, yoga, sound healing and more. We saw how these modalities and perspectives could be transformative for anyone and everyone. We wanted to be a resource that truly answered the dilemmas of work/life balance, burnout and dissatisfaction with tools that provided healing to every facet of the individual. Our company, The Inner Victory, does this through individual 1:1 sessions, group retreats and corporate wellness offerings.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We provide a wide array of offerings to individuals and organizations.
Brotherhood at the Beach – Mik leads this men’s circle monthly to provide an environment for men to explore healing and camaraderie. Each session begins with a guided meditation and ceremonial cacao and includes group discussion, sound healing, and personalized reiki treatments for each attendee.
Retreats – The Inner Victory hosts retreats for those looking to make wellness part of their time off. Most recently, Mik hosted a men’s retreat in Joshua Tree that included Reiki, yoga, connection with nature and mindful reflection. Each retreat becomes a trip to remember, with many participants finding community and connection well past check-out.
Yoga flows – Jenn is a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor and teaches dynamic flows that combine strength, flexibility, and cardio, accompanied by a carefully curated playlist. She teaches all levels as well as private sessions with individuals or small groups.
Private Events – As corporate America veterans, we believe that when individuals approach their work with authenticity, passion, and vision, it results in healthier and stronger organizations with improved outcomes and long-term sustainability. That spurred our desire to be a corporate wellness resource with The Inner Victory as the corporate partner for private guided meditation, private group yoga, team building workshops, holistic leadership training, offsite programming facilitation, corporate wellness programming review and organizational wellness events.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Sip & Sonder for delicious and responsibly sourced coffee.
Gjelina on Abbott Kinney for amazing pizza on a great walkable street.
Dudley Market for a cozy date night in Venice.
Point Dume for scenic hiking in Malibu.
Riverbank LA for a wide variety of wellness events and different healing modalities
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Reading has been a huge part of our spiritual and wellness journeys. Untethered Soul by Michael Singer and The Biology of Belief by Dr. Bruce Lipton deserve shoutouts for expanding our worldview. We would also like to shoutout Kira Buckley, an amazing herbalist, spiritual guide and Melanie Esperon, a beautiful Reiki master and intuitive. Both of them have been incredible mentors and friends.
