Meet Mike Reifeiss | Owner of Aall In Limo & Party Bus

We had the good fortune of connecting with Mike Reifeiss and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Mike, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Taking risks is essential for entrepreneurs as it opens up new opportunities. How would we learn, gain experience, and grow without risk management? It makes it possible for entrepreneurs to access more resources if their gamble pays off, and for me, it has. It even led to an entirely new direction in my life and career.

Risk means taking a chance. With the possibility of failing or succeeding, I took my opportunity as my company started with a risky move in 2005. I was at a poker event. I went all in and won big!

At that time, I needed a professional change, but I did not realize the shift would strike so soon, right with that poker game.

When leaving the poker event, I saw a high-end limo with people laughing and chatting. That was when I knew I would use my newfound fortune to have my limo transportation company. I bought my first limo with the money I won at that poker game and named my company Aall In Limo & Party Bus.

My decision to risk it was genuinely life-changing and allowed me to break out of the professional routine weighing me down and pursue my dream of making money with something I enjoy.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
When we do something with passion, it motivates us to achieve excellence. Doing something I like motivates me to keep up high standards in my business. For me, as an entrepreneur, going all-in means providing high-end transportation and flawless customer service.

What sets us apart from others in the industry is not only the classy transportation in top-notch vehicles stocked with everything one might dream of a first-class ride. It also means going that extra mile for each one of our clients. We also ensure to have a highly professional staff. All of our chauffeurs are licensed with a clean driving record and an additional limousine driving course.

I founded my company in San Diego, known as the Craft Beer Capital of the US. The city boasts a wide variety of craft breweries and is only a few miles from Temecula Valley. Therefore, it’s no wonder that our most popular services are wine and beer-tasting tours across San Diego County.

There’s no better way to make a great impression than attending an event in a classy limousine. Rolling up to the venue in a luxury vehicle is a one-of-a-kind experience that adds an extra touch of glam to any occasion. We provide limo transportation for any event and occasion, including:

There were ups and downs along the way, and one of the major setbacks was during the pandemic, but our determination and hard work paid off, and now Aall in Limo & Party Bus is still San Diego’s premiere limo company awarded two years in a row with the San Diego Award in the Limousine & Car Services category by the US Commerce Association.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My itinerary would start with a scenic coastal drive, as this is the best way to explore all the gems San Diego County has scattered along its shorelines. The California portion of US Highway 101 is the longest active route in the state. We would start our drive at Embarcadero, taking a stroll through Marina Park South, then driving north along the harbor on Harbor Drive to enjoy the stunning views of the city skyline, San Diego Bay, Point Loma, and the Coronado Bridge.

Our next stops would be La Jolla, the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, Del Mar, and Solana Beach, driving North into Oceanside, a picturesque beach community with some of California’s most expansive beaches. I would stop at a restaurant with fresh local seafood and fantastic ocean views for a lunch break.

A sure way to have a tremendous week-long vacation is to head over to some of the famous beaches in the area, as when it comes to beaches, there is something for everyone. There are a plethora of activities you can try there, so I would definitely pack my week-long itin-erary with them, including kayaking at the La Jolla Caves, surfing at Swami’, or a picnic while enjoying the sunset on Moonlight Beach.

Your visit to the country’s Craft Beer Capital would not be complete without a brewery tour of some of the top craft breweries. I highly recommend Mission Brewery, Societe Brewing Compa-ny, or Rough Draft Brewery.

Our last stop would be Temecula Wine Country for a winery & vineyard tour that pleases even the most refined palates.
