Hi MK, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success is a relentless commitment to growth and preparation. Whether it’s stepping into a role or crafting a character, I’m constantly asking myself, ‘How can I be better today? One step, everyday! That mindset drives everything I do. I believe preparation, consistency, and a positive attitude on and off set are the keys to success. I’ve learned that you can’t just wait for opportunities to come to you have to be ready when they do. For me, success comes from showing up fully prepared and giving 110% to every project I’m involved in, whether it’s acting, business, or life.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My journey as an actor has been fueled by an unwavering dedication to the craft and a constant pursuit of growth. What sets me apart is my relentless commitment to improving with every role and bringing authenticity to every character I portray. Whether I’m playing a flamboyant Hollywood producer or a more dramatic role, I love to dive deep into each character’s story, making sure I bring something new to the screen.

It wasn’t an easy road, never is right? But the its always worth it. I’ve faced my share of setbacks. But those challenges only fueled my burning desire.

I’ve always believed that preparation is key—whether it’s nailing an audition or showing up to set at 5:40 a.m. to train so I can physically embody a role, I’m always ready to give my all.

The lesson I’ve learned is simple: nothing comes easy, but hard work, resilience, and a positive mindset make all the difference.

Today, I’m most proud of the journey itself and the personal growth I’ve experienced along the way. What I want the world to know is that I’m not just an actor—I’m someone who is passionate about storytelling, whether it’s on screen or behind the scenes. I’m committed to bringing stories to life in a way that resonates with audiences and inspires them. My story about the passion, the dedication and the love of the craft.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If you’re visiting, the first stop is easy—Gold’s Gym Venice Beach, don’t be dumb. It’s the Mecca of bodybuilding. We’ll hit the gym, train nothing but arms for three hours, because why not? You’ll see some of the biggest units around.

After we’ll head over to Gjusta for a whole rotisserie chicken….. each. (because, obviously, we’ll need to feed those starving muscles babies), chocolate pudding to top it off, and a ginger tea to keep things zen. Sipping while you look for humming birds there.

Then, it’s off to the beach to stare at the ocean and daydream while the chicken works its magic. Day dream about what you want from life, how far you have come, who you love, friends you made. Get Grateful….. It’s ace!

fav place by far, is sitting down with Monica at home and talking about our days. It’s the highlight of my day, every day.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to give a huge shoutout to my incredible wife, Monica. We’ve been partners in every sense of the word for over a decade—first as producing partners and now as life partners. Her unwavering support, encouragement, and belief in me have been the foundation of my career. She’s been there through every project, every audition, every triumph, and every challenge. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her. She’s not only my biggest cheerleader but also my partner in navigating this industry. I’m endlessly grateful for her love and support. She protects my “mind palace.”
