Hi Mona, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success as a Cosmetic Dermatology PA is my genuine passion for the specialty and the deep sense of fulfillment I find in enhancing my patients’ well-being. Cosmetic Dermatology is an incredibly rewarding field, but it also requires a unique skill set that combines artistry, precision, and an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy. It’s not just about applying techniques, it’s about being able to envision subtle yet impactful transformations and executing them with the utmost care and skill. Every patient presents a new challenge, and achieving natural, beautiful results demands an eye for detail, an intimate knowledge of the skin’s structure, and a refined technique honed through both experience and continuous education. What should our readers know about your business?
I’m fortunate to work at Facile Dermatology + Boutique in West Hollywood, where I spend most of my days helping patients enhance their natural beauty through customized dermatology and aesthetic treatments. Additionally, I visit our Pasadena location once a week on Wednesdays to accommodate patients on that side of town who may find it more convenient. I love being able to serve such a wide range of patients in both locations, and it gives me the opportunity to connect with people from different communities, all while delivering the best care possible.

I prioritize enhancing each patient’s individual beauty, rather than creating an “overdone” or exaggerated look.
