Meet Morgan Seiter | Actor, Athlete, and Entrepreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Morgan Seiter and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Morgan, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I’m constantly generating new ideas, and I needed a way to channel that creativity into something tangible. Seiter Enterprises was born as a vehicle to bring these ideas to life and turn them into profitable ventures. It all started with real estate, but the business quickly evolved into a diverse enterprise with multiple divisions.
For example, under our entertainment arm—Seiter Entertainment Group—we operate Zooted Promotions, which focuses on promoting events, brands, and more. Another division, Zooted Events, plans and executes curated experiences in Los Angeles, like the Midnight Mirage and Vertigo Voyage event series. Beyond entertainment, we have Seiter Property Solutions, Seiter Media, and other divisions, each managing various operations. The goal has always been to create a flexible framework that allows each of these ideas to thrive and grow.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Seiter Enterprises is a direct reflection of my creative vision. From a young age, I’ve been fortunate to have an active, creative mind—ideas flow naturally, like an open faucet. What truly sets us apart is the belief, understanding, and dedication we bring to every project and every customer interaction. We’re not just building businesses; we’re building trust, relationships, and a community.
Looking ahead, I’m most excited about creating a positive work environment. As someone who’s worked in a variety of industries before becoming an entrepreneur, I know the stress and challenges employees face. My goal is to create a workplace where my future employees feel valued, respected, and enriched—just as I strive to take care of our clients and customers.
I attribute my success to one simple but powerful concept: Drive. Having a great idea is one thing, but the relentless pursuit of that idea is what makes the difference. You have to be tireless, focused, and willing to push through obstacles to cross the finish line. Success doesn’t come easy. There are setbacks—you’ll stumble, you’ll be exhausted, and sometimes you’ll feel like giving up. But those challenges are what shape your resilience. If you stay determined and never give up, that’s when growth, empowerment, and eventual success happen.
Along the way, I’ve learned a few key lessons. One is the importance of starting each day with 10 minutes of meditation and the power of prayer. By giving your worries to a higher power and clearing your mind, you can better prepare for whatever the day throws at you. Another lesson is to seize opportunities quickly—don’t wait for someone else to take action. If you hesitate, the opportunity may vanish. And finally, I’ve learned that sometimes, silence is your best strategy. Let others talk themselves into a corner while you stay focused on your path.
I want the world to know that the mission of Seiter Enterprises is bigger than me. It’s about making a lasting impact—whether in my lifetime or beyond. We won’t stop until we achieve what we set out to do.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
As an avid outdoorsman who spends a lot of time in the city, I’d want to start the trip with the energy of Los Angeles before branching out into the wilderness. We’d kick things off in Hollywood. I’d take my best friend around to some of the clubs I promote, and ideally, we’d plan it so that they’re in town during one of the Zooted Events—nothing like experiencing a high-energy party like Midnight Mirage or Vertigo Voyage firsthand! We’d hit iconic spots like The Comedy Store, and The Rainbow, but I’d also take them to a few of my personal favorites, like Harriets Rooftop, Jameson’s Pub in Hollywood, and the pool at the Roosevelt Hotel.
After a couple of wild nights, we’d detox with a dive trip out to Catalina Island or Anacapa—nothing clears the mind like the underwater world. We’d cap that off with dinner at Duke’s in Malibu, enjoying a sunset by the ocean before heading up the coast for the next adventure.
Our next stop? Cave exploration with a local grotto for some underground adventures. Along the way, we’d surf at different spots up the coast, stopping at dive bars to soak in the local vibe. Eventually, we’d make our way to the majestic redwood forests of Northern California for a camping trip under the towering trees.
All the while, we’d document the trip, capturing every experience for my adventure YouTube channel.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people who deserve recognition for shaping who I am today. Interestingly enough, some of them intended to slow me down or hinder my progress, but instead, they fueled my drive to keep pushing forward.
First and foremost, I have to acknowledge my parents—my mother and father have been incredibly supportive throughout my journey, and I owe them so much. Beyond family, there have been countless coaches, instructors, and mentors along the way who have had a profound impact, whether in sports, business, or academia. People like Coach Cooper from SMNW Track & Field, Doug Hay from Rocky Mountain Student Media, ,Carter Crary at Malibu Divers, and Ian Smith, the former head coach of the Colorado State University Snowboard Team.
There are also many others whose names might have faded with time, but their influence has stayed with me. Each encounter, whether positive or challenging, played a part in getting me to where I am today.
