We had the good fortune of connecting with Ms J7 and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ms, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
“From a young age, I was inspired by the idea of ‘being the change.’ This guiding principle has shaped my life’s mission: to help heal and protect our planet through the transformative power of the performing arts. Through creative expression, I strive to raise awareness, foster empathy, and inspire meaningful action for a more sustainable and just world.”

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
“You don’t have to be born into the circus to run away and create your own.”

From a young age, I knew I was different—drawn to humanitarian work and the performing arts. A daredevil at heart, I always dreamed of something bigger. In my thirties, I took a leap of faith, left behind the conventional path, and followed my vision.

Within just seven years of launching my own company, we were honored with the Best Family Entertainment Award, surpassing industry giants like SeaWorld and the San Diego Zoo. Today, we are proud to be a full-service, animal-free production company that specializes in corporate entertainment, international cirque acts, prop making, and talent scouting.

But we’re more than entertainment—we perform with a purpose.

In the last decade, our productions have helped fund clean water wells in 9 countries, provided meals for the homeless, and supported wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya, Africa. Our mission is rooted in creativity, compassion, and impact.

The biggest challenge hasn’t been the work—it’s been navigating the jealousy and pettiness within the industry. My greatest lesson? I’m in competition with no one but myself.

To the dreamers and creators out there: “If you can dream it, we will produce it.”

Let us bring the WOW factor to your next event.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
LA/Pasadena Must Go To Spots: The Griffith Park Observatory, Echo Park, Universal Studios, The Gold Bug, The Getty, LA Museum of Art, The Infamous Hollywood Sign. Santa Monica Blvd. Venice Beach. TCL Chinese Theater. Dodger Stadium. Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I humbly and wholeheartedly dedicate my journey and story to those who have inspired, guided, and uplifted me over the past decade. Your presence—through wisdom, artistry, compassion, and unwavering support—has profoundly shaped the person and performer I continue to become.

To: My mother and father. Joseph Stargensky, Candice Thiem, Alec Shiller, Christine Gilardi, Cheetah Platt, Tammy Firefly, Adelaide Marcus, Tarciana Bonomo, Melanie Hill, Dean LeCrone, JeanMarie Hawn, God and the Big JC—thank you for being beacons of light on my path.
